This Taco Bell is such a joke. Employees are incredibly rude and incompetent. They never ask you if you want sauce (because what a ridiculous request) and when I ask for it at the window its hit or miss one whether or not Ill actually get it (as well as other unnecessary items like a straw or napkins.) 2 weeks ago I asked for mild sauce at the window. My request was acknowledged with a nod because the employees dont have customer service skills and I watched them reach in front of them and put a handful of what I thought was sauce into my bag only to get home and find there was none. Tonight once again I asked for mild sauce at the window and the associate didnt acknowledge me but yelled "mild" to another another associate. When I was handed my food she said the sauce was in the bag and then I got home and found it was hot sauce. It may seem dumb to complain about a thing as small as sauce but it is such a simple request. And honestly I would probably be less upset about it if the employees had any amount of respect for their customers. They literally dont even smile, let alone speak or thank you for your business.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I dont even know where to begin. I REALLY dont understand how it is possible that this store has such high ratings. They are THE worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Orders are always wrong, drive thru is slow, their staff are poorly trained and often times rude... To top it off, they failed to charge my card for a months worth of purchases, and then decided to charge them ALL in one day... Overdrafting my account. Now I am stuck with $200+ in overdraft charges, and they refuse to admit that they, or their CC processor is at fault... Stay away. NEVER AGAIN.

Well lets start with I had to scream through the intercom cause the lady couldnt seem to understand english. Then I get up to the window and she hands me a Baja soda instead of a freeze like I ordered. Then while she was getting a snippy attitude she also didnt have the two Fiesta potatoes like I ordered also. The service is horrible the workers are idiots and on top of all that they didnt even take the money out right away like they are supposed to. This resturants needs to do a make over of their employees is the worst . Please whatever you do DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!

I didnt expect to ever write a review for Taco Bell, but Ive been to this one between 5 and 10 times, and every experience has been great. The food tastes the way youd expect, and the staff are extremely friendly. I particularly want to call out James (the manager who always seems to be wearing a funny Taco Bell hat) for being friendly, smiling, and genuinely caring about the well-being of the customer and employees.

to many times it takes 15 minutes or longer in the drive threw with no one in front . you then sit at the window for 3 to 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged you. has happened 3 times in the last month. They also like to say that you did not like what you ordered . When they give you the wrong items and request what you asked/paid for. Its hit or miss you get either the best drive threw or the worst.

Always a great experience coming here, which is rare for the fast food industry. The employees are always friendly, and fast. One employee in particular is super sweet and accommodating. I believe her name is Angel (the name on the receipt) I will go out of my way just to go to this taco bell because of the staff!

Super clean and very friendly staff. Matt C. checked us out and we asked him to give us a minute to decide what we wanted, he went straight back to work while he waited on us. You dont see that very often. AND it only took about 2 minutes to get some warm food and the place was decently busy. Great job Matt C

Great Taco Bell for your designated driver to swing through on the way home. Food has always been hot, the employees are friendly and patient, and they pump out food very fast. There has been some confusion with orders in the past, but they have fixed the issues without any hassle.

Everyone knows what Taco Bell tastes like, ok (at best) when sober and the greatest thing on earth when intoxicated! They are open after bar closes and accept taxis driving through their drive-thru. Fast service...go here after a night of drinking.
