This by far is the worst Perkins that Ive ever went to we got in there at about 1:15 a.m. and the place was not completely jam-packed you had about maybe 8 tables full ranging between 1 to 2 or 1 to 4 people before we even place the order and we simply ask the waitress and the manager how far was the wait behind for orders they responded that the cook was catching up and that it should be out shortly so with that being said we went on to place our order during that time we set here and play multiple games on our phones had multiple conversations and yet our food still have not been out he did not receive our food until about an hour and 30 minutes later even something as simple as a sampler platter was not brought out to us as our appetizer and that simply goes into a fryer the cook seem to be doing each order table by table and not multi-tasking at all. The manager on duty was very rude and had a nasty attitude and the cook didnt look too happy upon him going out to A 2 minute break going back to making orders. Weve also found out that there was only one waitress one manager and one cook on duty now with that being said you would think as a manager you will go back to try to assist your cook and maybe doing side prep for the orders that are coming through maybe things of that nature even the waitress being helpful to the Cook even maybe dropping something in the fryer or washing a few dishes here in there and between again it was a nice amount of people in the waiting area but not that many again I say that if you want to come here on a late night Friday Saturday I dont know about Sunday but those two nights are definitely not the nights of time if youre coming after midnight. I definitely would not be back to this location ever.

Went the for dinner tonight with our 3 kids. When we were seated asked if we wanted a high chair wait 15 minutes never got one had our 7 month old that we had to hold and 23 month old that we had to keep chasing and telling to sit down. Finally a waitress came and asked use if we wanted a hight chair bought use to right away. Them we ordered and waited over 49 minutes for our food.. they give use our appatizers with our food.. had we known we werent going to get them first we would have never ordered them. On top of that they forgot our 4 year Olds food said we never ordered it. Rushed her order. They got it to us fast but by them she had already been eating our food and wasnt hungry anymore. We had to get up and get our own forks and spoons. All around its was bad I will never go back there. I have never had a service so bad that I really didnt even want to eat or pay. Its pretty sad I was trying have a family night out and it was just a fail... never again.. they need new staff.

My husband and I came to Fridley Perkins to have breakfast this past week and had one of the worst service experiences we have ever had. The server left our dirty plates in front of us for a minimum for 30 minutes and never brought us our bill until we had to actually go get the host to flag our server down so we could pay our bill. Upon finally getting our bill we went to pay and got charged an almost $50 tab instead of our $20 tab. They then had to still charge us for our meal and when we got home there was an additional $10 charge that we had no idea where this came from. $80 came out of our bank account for a $20 breakfast and were still dealing with getting the charges reversed. Worst part about it is they didnt offer us anything for our inconvenience. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO HERE!!!

I hate leaving this kind of review but our experience was truly awful. Our server was terrible; took a long time to bring drinks, no silverware and was already looking at other tables as we ordered. She was very impatient and unpersonable. At one point as my husband ordered she TOLD him he wanted white bread. Didnt even give us options. Then as we leave, the cashier couldnt find our ticket because the server had accidentally deleted it, thus creating a backup at the register as the staff figured out how to correct the error. My husbands chicken fried steak was ROCK HARD and was unable to even cut it. My eggs were not as I had ordered. I mean, everything that could go wrong did.

Worse service ever!!! We waited over 40 min for our food to which the manager said it was because we had a big party (9 ppl) and they wanted to get all the food together to bring it out at the same time. When our food arrived several of the orders were wrong and not all the food was here. We had to ask several times for several different items we were missing. The manager was very attentive when i went to place my complain but at this time our experience was ruined. And then to top it off we endup finding a hair in one of the order and the waiter replies "do you want a new plate or just want me to take the hair off?". It was the most ridiculous horrible experience ever.

worst service ever upon arriving waited 15 minutes to give order. then waited 35 minutes to even get what we ordered and it was cold.now if the place was busy I would have understood but there was only a total of 5 tables being used when we arrived then two of them left . We called for the manager to come over and it even took her over 5 minutes to respond. She took the food off the bill.But with my husband getting upset she asked us to leave and at that point she put the food back on the bill. we will never eat there again after going there to eat for several years. It seems like they just dont care for the customer.

Usually I really like coming here during my lunch hour. Tonight however was very busy. I understand that it can be hectic so dont sat much. However, it took 40 mins for someone to take my order, only because I stopped them for it. By this time I dont have enough time to wait for my food and have enough time to eat it. I end up with just a pie. Others who came after me were taken care of and had food already set at their tables. I thought to myself, that could have been me but for some reason I went unnoticed with only a cup of water and some slices of lemon. I am very disappointed and upset. My time was wasted.

Went there for breakfast with my mother and 1 and 2 year old for 4th of July. It was busy, but the service was outstanding! The waitress that helped us, Cady, was very helpful even when the boys started getting antsy. She stopped by the table and asked the boys if they wanted their yogurt before the food came out. Once they got their yogurt they calmed down. If youre a parent, you know how wonderful it is to have a server go above and beyond to make your restaurant experience as smooth as possible, especially when you have toddlers. Breakfast at Northtown Perkins will be a weekly stop from now on!
