I usually love Perkins. who doesnt? I went here a little while back with 3 friends. we sat down and ordered. everything was just like any other Perkins lunch visit. 2 of us ordered waters and coffee. The waters came out and had little yellowish white bits floating in them. I was afraid to drink the coffee because of what was in the water.... I pointed it out, and the waitress apologized and brought out some more. literally the same thing. I just said, "Im done" I needed to use the rest room. went to the bathroom and it smelt like someone had just placed a hot turd right underneath your nose. I just figured someone had an upset stomach and needed to get it out. no big deal. I walked over to the urinal and did my business. I turn around and zip up, as I am looking down I notice big blots of human poop all over the place. I had stepped in it. Not that this was the location fault, but I had a brand new pair of shoes. a woman came to the door with a mop and cleaning material and said "yeah sorry I was gonna clean that right now." "No out of service sign or anything? Thanks" The restaurant refused to comp any ones meal. I demanded that They pay to replace my shoes. I really dont know what the rules are on damaged items in a location. Like if you drop your phone in there and it shatters, I know they wont pay for it. But this could have all been avoided with clean cups, water, and bathrooms. or at least a do not enter sign. I was pretty upset. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I had ever had. not just at a Perkins. Ever.

Arrived at restaurant. No one welcomed us. Two associates standing by the register. Two associates standing by the welcoming desk. One looking at the guest register. No one approached us. We stepped back. Stood there for twenty minutes. Still no service. the two associates by the welcoming desk appeared to be having fun though. What a horrinle experience. Felt as if we were begging for favors, or our ethnic origin made us an exception. We left and went to the Maple Grove branch where it was even more crowded. Wanted to give the chain a chance to determine, if location was the issue. What a remarkable difference in service and attention to details at this location.

We have been pretty regular customers at this location and had not had any complaints until now. This is the second time that we were seated and no one came to take our beverage order. Last time we stayed, this evening we got up and left. But not before letting the MOD, ( not the usual manager thats there). We let her know that wed been waiting for 15 minutes and in that time 2 other couples had been seated and and had their beverages. She said nonchalantly, "Is there anything we can do for you?". We politely said no and let her know that this had happened the last time. VERY DISAPPOINTED

My friends and I go to Perkins a lot when its late, so we dont expect super fast service but yesterday we went around 9pm. We were seated immediately, but the server didnt come to us for abt. 15 minutes. She didnt really ask us what we wanted to drink, instead she said "Ill bring you guys some waters". When she left our table she went to a group of caucasian men & TOOK their drink order. When she came back, she gave THEM their drinks first. There were four of us & 3/4 of us are minorities so we immediately felt uncomfortable with the situation. We left & went to Chik-fil-a (:

We were at this perkins earlier today around noon. Food great as usual, but service was horrible. The waitress was rude and only wanted to get our order in and was very short snd discurteous. When i told her we needed a min she rolled her eyes, and walked away. We have never been treated this poorly here and we go st sll different hours. She did not even offer us pie and its pie mon. Did not see manager when i left but will let him know. Love my other girls, know shes been there so shes not new, just disheartening.

Its an alright Perkins. The one great thing about this place is its open 24 hours so whenever we have a big group of friends we usually go here. Their food is okay, nothing fantastic. But the biggest draw for me is when I go out late with friends and we dont care how long our food takes. Their service can get super slow, but again if you dont care its not that big of a deal.

This is the perkins my friends and I have been going to since high school and theyve never done anything terrible to us. We go here when we cant afford to go anywhere else and, although you get what you pay for, none of us has ever gotten sick or been treated rudely. The staff is friendly and the pancakes are good. Occasionally theyll bring you the wrong salad dressing.

Slow kitchen service, took over an hour to get out food ready. Good was incorrect when it came out. Wait staff also did not seem interested in getting refills. This place used to be a lot better, but has gone down hill in recent years. Edit: the floor manager made up for the wait and service by comping our meal. Giving it an extra star just for him.

The eggs were not cooked at all! When I asked for them to be cooked harder the MANAGER came back with the same eggs and just put some kind of cheese sauce on top!!!! Then AGAIN I asked for my waiter to bring me some COOKED eggs and when he brought back the eggs they were a little better but I still had to go home a basically cook them myself.. gross

If I could give a negative star. This would be the place. Awful management. Saw 3 servers but only one was serving. The manager was not very attentive as well. The porportion for the hearty mans combo was extremely small! And the grilled tilipia was not the greatest either. The Blaine location is so much faster and better. Never going here again.

Ive been looking at many reviews about this place, and I will say that this place failed to meet up with customer service. We were given a table and 20 min we are waiting to order our food. The waitress failed to get orders for people who come early. Would not recommend to eat, I would recommend to eat at the Maple Grove Perkins, not here!!!

3:30 pm,,,the place was slow and it took 1 hr for 1/2 the table to be served, they finished their meals before the other 1/2 of the table got their food... Very embarrassing for 1/2 our table to watch the other 1/2 eat.... Cooks are the back bone of a restaurant,,,, GET ONE

I waited almost 10 minutes to be seated and thebinly employee i saw in that time was a manager who came to the front register to answer the phone. The minute three regulars walk through the door, a greeter came forward and completely ignored me and seated them immediately.

I come here almost monthly for meetings. Every time Ive been, there has been some sort of mistake with the food. The food options arent great... Mostly foods fried or super sweet desserts. Id say the best qualities are clean restrooms and free WiFi.
