Butchers go home at 2pm. Dont get home till 4-5pm work. Go shopping 5:30pm. Cant get the meat dept to cut a chunk of meat because they cant touch the saw. No buzzer to get anyone in meat dept. Older manager in Cub with glasses is a douche. Does not want to help. When I have approached him in many instances. He acts as I dont exist and walks past me even with me looking and signaling with pointing at him. New manager younger bigger stockier guy very cool when needing the meat dept just to be turned away. I have had more bad luck with Cub than I can count. They just dont care. Only a couple younger cashiers are very nice. Cant wait till Hy-vee comes in. They go way out of their way to help.

This Cub is about a block away from my home but I rarely shop here. They remodeled recently to make the entrance door smaller. A majority of the spots that are relatively close to the cramped entrance are taken up by their garden center. The service is poor, the store isnt clean often, the deli counter is sketchy. The worst part is the cart situation. It feels like the apocalypse driving into the lot- carts are everywhere! Tipped over, up in the rocks, in the middle of street a block away- its out of control. Ive had more bad experiences here than good and because of it, Ill drive to Hy-Vee which is 10 minutes away over stopping here a block away.

Used to love coming to cub foods. But now this guy works here and whenever I bring my bearly 16 year Old daughter, he follows us around. Its creepy, he always asks her to go out with him and grabs on her.. this man is 18 years old. He has no boundary and dont take No for any answer. Its like being raped and noone will do anything. He should not be working here. I dont want to bring any of my teenage family members to this store. I wrote his name down and let all the friends and family know how uncomfortable it is when he is around. Deouzjh is he name.

This place just keeps getting worse and worse. ONE cash register open at 10:15 p.m. and ALL of the self-checkouts broken or waiting for an employee to come check some small thing like "Incorrect weight. Please wait for assistance.". No employees to be seen though. Literally 20 people waiting in line for a self-checkout and 15 more waiting in the ONE open checkout. Ive had it with this store and the sh*tty service they provide.

I love the manager specials all grouped together in the meat department. I often get meat greatly discounted and come home and pop it straight into the freezer. The variety of vegetables and ethnic foods has greatly expanded. I love the sales corner around the corner from the pharmacy. Cub helps me stretch my food dollar tremendously and by also using my store card, I get great Holiday gas discounts as well.

If you are there to get anything other than fresh fruits and vegetables, this Cub is just like any other. However, their fresh produce is the worst I have ever seen. I go to a few different Cub Foods, and every time I get fruit from this Cub, it is rotten, or moldy, or unripened, or hard as a rock and not juicy. This has consistently been the case, and only with this Cub.

I just stopped here instead of going to the one closer to my home because this one in Crystal was closer to where I was coming from I use to go to this one years ago, this one had remodeled & is much bigger the time I stopped, its nice store though.

My home Cub for many reasons. The people who work here are a joy to talk to. I go in every Sunday morning to get pastries and end up spending most of my time talking to new friends. Great place.

Not a fan of bag your own groceries. Maybe the prices are cheaper but so is the quality. Bought ribs here once and they cooked down to nothing. Produce is not the best. You get what you pay for.
