After entering a relatively empty Burger King with my mom around 5pm on a Saturday evening we placed our orders and proceeded to wait. And wait. The staff went about their business at the "speed of smell" evidently unaware of the inherent premise behind "fast food." After approximately 15 minutes of watching the staff try to figure out who was in charge of making the french fries we finally received our to-go order. My mother is familiar with the less-than-stellar service at this location and proceeded to check our order before we left. It proved wise in that my chicken sandwich was nowhere to be found. The staff responded to our request to complete the order with irritated dismissiveness. We ended up leaving with a cold dinner and an even colder sales experience. Its too bad because while the food is actually quite good the service is horrific. Caveat emptor.

We used the drive-thru on our way back to Iowa from Minneapolis and had a very bad experience. We had an exceptionally long wait in the Drive-Thru when there was only one car ahead of us. We specifically asked for certain things to be included like ketchup, salt, and barbecue sauce and after we got our meal and got back to the interstate we realized that none of those were included. They didnt even include napkins in the bag, how are we supposed to eat on the road without napkins? We returned to notify the staff that items were missing and it didnt seem that anybody really cared for the inconvenience. I asked about a refund for our drive time and frustrations and they didnt know how to process one, a manager was not working and it was only eight at night. I would not visit this Burger King again.

Very clean restaurant, friendly and attentive staff. Ive eaten at a lot of burger kings and this was probably the best. The fries were golden like Ive never had at any restaurant, maybe it was an accident on their part but the sandwiches were 10/10 also.. Being from Mankato and the poor quality staff and dirty gross restaurant they have Im not sure I will go back to that one. Highly recommended

Very slow service from seemingly uncaring staff. Food has been cold half the time, even with do-overs they do not get it right. Raw bacon, cold burgers, long wait lines in the drive-thru (not a fast food joint at all) and indifferent employees. Save the hassle and grab a burger from Joes across the street!!!

Liked the new remodeling of the restaurant, but when I walked in the front door I felt that I was walking into a club in downtown, music was blaring and also in the kids area with the vents on the ceiling blowing full blast and blowing all of the food wrappers and napkins all over the table and floor!

Nasty bathrooms. Strong smell of urine by the counter. Call the plumber ASAP. Need to invest some money. At least 7 crew on only 3 orders to work on. No one seemed to know what was going on Fries were cold. Back of the house was a mess. Food all over the floor. Wont be back to this BK.

Burger King is delicious. Never been inside this one but the drive thru was good. Nice employees. However, there was one time I came to the drive thru at 8pm and they turned the lights off on me. Idk why cuz it says you guys are open till midnight. Oh well, I took my business elsewhere.

Pretty good as far as BKs go, at least for breakfast, when I happened to be passing through this town. Appears that people who actually like to work were working this morning, and friendly unlike some locations around the metro, when theyre just there for a paycheck.

Absolutely horrible service. The manager gave attitude the entire time we were trying to order and started yelling at us. She rushed us on our order when we kept telling her to wait. She then yelled at us to get out of her drive through.

One of employees was living in the back woods in tent it seemed. While we were there a dog was wanderingvaround. My wife grabbed it. It happened to be that employees dog that escaped the tent. Food was OK, seemed on the fresher side

Horrible. Any time I have come here, they have messed up my order or I have gotten horrible food. My chicken fries were rock hard, and they gave us a burger that was absolutely the opposite of what we ordered, with nasty fries.

Food is usually warm...not hot, restaurant not clean espspecially prep areas and restrooms and play area not kept reasonably clean. Employees are handling food after handling money and other things without washing hands.
