We went here today for lunch. It was quiet at first, but filled up over time. Anyway, the food was really good when we got it, but our waitress was terrible. She was good for the first round of drinks and getting our orders in, but then we didnt see her after that u,til about theend of our visit. Anyway after about an hour of waiting (no exaggeration) a manager finally brought out our food, and you could tell it had been sitting a long time. Our waitress finally came with some refills for us with soda, but missed one of us who was just drinking water. We ended having too bug another waitress to get the water. After finish our food, we had to wait like another 30 minutes, before she even came around and I had to yell before she passed us by to get our check, and we only sat longer after she dropped it off before she came back to grab our card to pay for the meals.

Got there at 3:00 on a Tuesday. There was one guy at a table and only two families eating, so they were not incredibly busy. My girlfriend and I were sat in a booth, which was nice. Fifteen minutes later, we had been passed over 4 times as waitresses brought refills, menus, and food out to all other customers. We had not even been asked for drinks yet. As we got up to leave we saw the waitresses standing by the bar and talking to each other while leaning against the wall. Then, the lady at the front started to say "thank you" as we left and cut off mid sentence and realized we were leaving without getting any food as she was the one who sat us. Normally, we like this place and the sports they play on tv, but this service was unacceptable. Especially during slow hours.

I went to your restaurant for the special deal on Thursday which is the 65 cents wing. But sadly the guy who severed us didnt tell us that only the boneless wings were for special. We also got our food even later than the people who came after us which was fine, but the wings were even not saucy enough. So in the end we paid 20$ more than we excepted which made us feel like cheated. I strongly suggest that you guys to tell the waiters and waitress to be more responsible so that you can keep your customers happy. We do love your wings, hopeful we will see improvement.

Food was great as always and staff was friendly. However last night was terrible. Our waitress was very overwhelmed and you could clearly tell. I was a little disappointed in the "buffalo mac-n-cheese" First time I have ordered it. It was good except the waitress asked what sauce I wanted on my chicken. She said it didnt come with sauce. So I said "buffalo" I figured that was why it is called that. I believe it is a dry seasoning and it is definitely less spicy then the parmesan garlic which is supposedly less spicy. Wings were great as always!

Came in sat down and they gave me this little clock thing to keep track of time. Finally got my order, 25 minutes later. People were getting food around me but not mine. When the guy brought it out there was no sorry for the wait instead he blamed it on with getting the order through. $20 for my sons meal and mine. His chicken tenders were cold and so were his fries. Just apologize. No big deal. Now you got a bad review. The waitress Sydney really good though.

Waited at least 30 minutes for a table with only one family in front of us....at least six tables open for 15 of those 30 minutes. I dont mind waiting but this was ridiculous!! Waiter Jared was great but one of the girls who brought food was extremely underqualifed to deliver food. Her hands were all over our food...disgusting. This is the third time out of three where we either had bad service and or bad food. They just got there last $100.00 from us.

we went to the ankney location on a Friday night 7pm we got tables outside. they was not too busy. but it was like they kept forgetting we was out there. non of us had the correct items on our tickets. had to ask thor ranch ketup & refills. and to send other emplyees to fine our waitress. the manger was not very helpful. at all!!! food would have been great if it was all hot and would have got our full order at the same time.

The food is alright but getting takeout always takes at least 25 minutes longer than their quoted time by phone or their web site. Often times I end up waiting just to finally get my food and find that its cold and has probably been sitting for a while in the back. The takeout staff is often of no help in telling me when it will be done and simply says "probably a few more minutes" without actually checking.

Very friendly service. I brought a group of 10 high schoolers and asked to rearrange tables, no problems. Got our food quickly, but because of my time miscalculation, we had to leave right when we got our food. Waitress and other staff happily and politely grabbed boxes and lids and got our payments completed in record time. Food was great. Definitely coming back under better circumstances!

Arrived around 1:30 pm (lunch rush was finishing up). Many clean tables but they made us stand and wait while they cleaned a booth we didnt ask for.Waitress was awesome. Food sub par. We were willing to indulge in junk food but I found myself gnawing on hard chicken. Really not worth the calories. Pass....too many other restaurants to try in Ankeny to return here.

I was chosen to pick up the wings for our church Super Bowl party. I was in and out of Buffalo Wild Wings in Ankeny in less than three minutes with our order. When I got to the church, everyone was waiting for those wings. I figured I would have a few for myself after the game, but there were none left! They were a huge hit with everyone at the party!

We go there on a regular basis, we normally have good time good and fast service. normally go on Thursdays since they have the boneless deal. Although this Thursday we went and the service was terrible she was slow took for ever to get drinks and then she didny come by for at least 10 minutes and it also took a long time for the food to arrive

I visit this location regularly. We have gotten to know the staff quite well as well as them getting to know us. We are always greeted very friendly. We have gotten to know a server Haley in particular. She remembers our drinks and our most common meals as well. She always gives exceptional service a and is a reason we continue to return.

The food was amazing. Really worth the visit. Prompt fast service by the wait staff as well. When we arrived the host/hostess were too busy flirting with each other to acknowledge us. Same as wehen we left they were more concerned with what was going on after work than anything else. All in all a good experience.

Title says it all. The food is pretty good but the service is terrible. Was never treated with disrespect, I refer to the servers when commenting on terrible service. Had to ask our server for everything at least twice. It got to the point were we would just go get everything (except the food) ourselves.
