One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. One burger was very raw (ordered well done) & cold, another burger missing cheese. Our waiter ran by us once enough for my husband to yell out that we wanted more fries (which we never got) but not enough time to tell him the burger was raw. Never saw him again until I was getting up from the table to go find a manager. I was patient up to this point even after having been there for over an hour, not because we were still eating, because we never had anyone come back to our table. Empty drinks, never a refill. I told him all the things that were wrong and he just looked at me for a bit and finally offered to take off a burger but he had to have a manager do that, he would be right back. Right back to me would be a minute or two, not another ten minutes. To be honest I am not even sure he took off the burger as he didnt bring us a receipt and pulled up the total on the little machine thing on the table. I was too irritated at this point to ask for a printed one before we paid. He didnt seem to really care either as his reasoning for all these mistakes was they were busy! Yes restaurants get busy, that is part of the business of them, not a reason for horrible food and service. Needless to say we will never be back there and we are on our way to get lunch again as I didnt eat my raw cold burger.

As a first-timer and viewing the menu, I thought that I hit a "home-run" for a great burger stop! Unfortunately, this was not the case. The atmosphere was really cool and everything was very clean and orderly. The staff was almost "too friendly" -- theres great customer service, and then there is annoying service which it almost came off as annoying or not sincere. The steak fries are out of this world, the burger - not so much. I ordered one of their specialty burgers (black pepper bacon, I believe was the name) and it was disgusting. Im a HUGE pepper guy and I put it on almost anything I eat. This burger tasted like JUST pepper and nothing else. The pepper on the burger was so overpowering that I couldnt taste the bacon or anything else on the burger for that matter. My other half ordered a burger as well and experienced the same issue, though he did not order the pepper burger. Overall, this place was a huge let-down for both of us and for almost $60 for (2) burgers, (2) sodas and an appetizer, we will never return to a Red Robin again.

I will not be going back to Red Robin. The service was terrible. We waited 1/2 hour before the server even acknowledged us. Then another hour before the food came. We were not given water or silver ware. I tried to chase down the waitress for some forks so we could eat, but she was on the other side of the restaurant. I finally figured out where they kept the eating utensils and grabbed them myself. Three different tables right next to ours were frustrated as well with the poor service. One guy was really upset about the very undercooked hamburger he was served. Others were getting up and leaving after not being able to wait anymore. What was strange was that there was a long line of people waiting up an hour to come in the restaurant but yet there were plenty of empty booths. The only thing I can figure is that they must have been grossly understaffed to handle the fathers day crowd. The food was ok but not worth $12.00 for just an ok burger. It make for a memorable fathers day. I will always remember to not go to red robin!!

I have never written a review like this before but I have to warn you- I have never had a more awful dining experience. There were 4 of us and we all had at least one or two things wrong with our orders. Wrong fries, wrong toppings on burgers, forgotten salad, sub par soup. The fact that they tried to up charge a normally included side order after the original order was completely unavailable due to still frozen food.... I could go on but you get it. The manager was rude but our server named Guy was great and never made a mistake but that didnt stop the manager from blaming him for issues that were beyond his control. Our meal was given for free as a result of their incompetence although that did not stop us from giving a tip to the server who was not at all to blame. I hope your dining experience is better but if not- speak up ! The servers do the best they can with inadequate management and kitchen staff. Best of Luck to you.

It was okay... Kids enjoyed their mac and cheese and spaghetti although my daughter said the sauce with the spaghetti was spicy. Wifes chicken Caesar wrap was not well wrapped and fell apart upon touching it. A little water in the wrap just smeared inside will allow for easier rolling if that helps. My burger was pretty good - never had an egg on my burger. It was delightful except that I ordered it fried and it came out sunny side up. Ordered an add-on side salad and it was substituted for fries instead of added on. Server was nice and attentive for the most part. All in all and... okay... experience. Would have been 2 stars except for the service which while a little flakey was attentive and polite. Ambiance was cute - like a retro old style movie kind of. Happy I tried it - not sure Ill be back any time soon.

I dont normally write restaurant reviews but Ill never go back to the Red Robin chain. Wait for a table was about 20 minutes which they told us and about 45 minutes for food to show. The menu was confusing and they had way too many options. They should cut about 60% of their menu and focus on quality. The food was terrible - I only ate it because co-workers were around. The A1 peppercorn tasted like Styrofoam and the slaw was a joke. I honestly would have rather driven to the grocery store and bought my own ingredients to make onion bun burgers and sweet potato fries for 4 people. It would have been better tasting, healthier, taken the same amount of time and cost less. Id go to McDonalds before eating here again.

I specifically had a craving for a good burger today, and wanted to bite into it with a Gluten-free bun. Red Robin has BOTH. This restaurant caters to food allergy sufferers, with a menu for you to search, on a tablet at your table. I ORDERED the Gourmet Wedgie Burger, that normally comes on a wedge of lettuce. I was able to add the Gluten-free bun, which was very tasty. The burger includes guacomole, red onions (I requested mine fried), bacon, and cheese (which I left off). The order included bottomless gluten-free sweet potato fries, but they offer regular GF fries too. Angela, my server, was very helpful, and knowledgeable about the allerg-free menu choices. Ill be back.

Went there about 2 months ago. Had the worst waiter/server ever. I was given 2 trays of fries with a party of 5 adults and my 1 year old son. After telling our server multiple times we needed refills, our apps, our fries, our condiments, etc... We finnaly we saved by the bartender (cannot remember the name of her) but she saved our experience ( that being said, still a horrible stay.) I contacted the manager who "strived on making his store better" offered me the gift card of my purchase so i would come back for a better experience, who took down my name address, the works. Never received anything. So in this case, if I were to ever go to a red robin again. It will be Bloomington.
