Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru without anyone asking to take our order. Pulled up to see if we could order at the window, and there were two cars ahead, which I must assume were waiting there longer than I. No biggie, theyre just super busy, right? Until I get a good glance into the kitchen window and see three employees standing in a circle, quite obviously gossiping. One guy seemed to be actually working. Seriously. (Yes, it was 20 min to close, but still)

Horrible customer service when you eat outside. If you want a refill they tell you to go get it yourself because spiders can get in it..(wth..they bring your first one). Ask for a kids hamburger meal, they say they only have cheeseburger ones and wont pull off the cheese to make it a hamburger kids meal. We used to love taking our family here but with this kind of ridiculous service. .....just cant anymore.

Stopped by at 6:30pm on May 8. Sat down, no service. After 10 minutes we had to wave someone over to wait on us. While we waited for our food a family of 4 sat down, waited for over 10 minutes then left. No o e even said hello to them. There was no refilling of root beer. Good food. Terrible service. And these people want $15 an hour?

While the food is a throwback to better days, and the root beer is out of this world, the restaurant has managed to price itself out of my budget, and now I can only afford to go on special occasions, if at all. Two combo meals for my kids (12 & 9) and a root beer for me shouldnt be $20+. That doesnt make up for the free refills, sorry.

Have been sitting here for 10-15 minutes. We had to get someones attention for them to take our order. The gal that came over to take our ordered said "I guess Ill take your order." When we asked her about the menu all she kept saying was "IDK". We decided to take it Togo instead of being ignored. Bad customer service, DO NOT come here.

A small town America classic! Service at your car or your table, and an always filled frosted glass mug of great root beer, or an ice cream float for a dollar more. Food is better than Micky Ds or DQ, and about on par with Culvers. Gotta love the old giant A&W figure sitting out front by the highway!

Didnt receive all of my order. Also felt very bad for an Autistic child that everyone kept starring at and they eventually left with their food. The workers were very annoyed and a woman said an unrepeatable comment about the child.

I love to park my car and sit outside in the drive in area to eat and listen to the fifties music. This place is a little expensive but, they frequently have coupons in the local paper. So when I go I always take a coupon.

What a change! A fast food restaurant where youre seated and then server comes wait on you. Promptly kept drinks filled without having to ask. They even have car hop service. Will be back whenever in the area

Food was quick but fries were room temp. Pressed the call button on their car-side menu and no answer, twice... had to ask a server who was walking by to get us new fresh fries..
