We LOVE this place. The food and service are amazing! Most of the time our food is delivered by the sweetest lady, who I believe is owner, which Im always so impressed with. My husband has a shellfish allergy so ordering asian takeout is a little scary, but they have been very cautious and accomodating. One time I accidentally ordered something that had shrimp in it and when we discovered it we were concerned that they missed our comments about the shellfish allergy on all of the dishes we ordered. I called and they were really apologetic and sent a whole new order (mind you the mistake was mine when I ordered a shrimp dish). The woman on the phone said that she remembered us (probably the owner again) and assured us that they we being very careful. Im a big fan of supporting locally-owned business. Its a bonus when the experience is consistently positive. This is the perfect place when you want some really good asian takeout...and they deliver! LOVE!!

Been utilizing No. 1 for the last 3 years since moving to the area. The last couple of times it seems to be less than it was, last night was the last time I will order from them. No hoisin sauce for my Moo Shoo Pork, the pork was dry and tough, the whole mushrooms were seriously impossible to chew and the pancakes that are supposed to come with it were actually large flour tortillas and stuck together so I was unable to get them apart. There was no sweet & sour with my sweet & sour chicken. The beef with Broccoli was fine and the chicken fried rice was fine also - but over all, not the best and a far cry from what it was even a year ago. Very disappointing.

Got lunch from here today at around 11am. The food was HORRIBLE. We ordered Sesame Chicken and General Tsos chicken both with chicken fried rice and an egg roll. Both chickens tasted exactly the same, only difference being that one was sprinkled with sesame seeds. The rice was mushy like it was slightly over-cooked and the chicken was way over cooked. So much so that the consistency was that of dried twigs. It was like chewing toothpicks. It wasnt even worth calling to complain. I just marked it as a lesson learned. #1 must refer to this place being number one on the "Worst Chinese Take-out in Plymouth, MN" list.

Placed almost an hour and a half ago. Tried calling the restaurant a total of 13 times during the latter part of that time and either the phone rang endlessly or I got a busy signal. No way to pay online so we were stuck not knowing if our order was ever going to arrive. Finally got through and told them to cancel my order (we wound up going to Leann Chin instead) and didnt even get an apology. No communication from the restaurant whatsoever. Terrible customer service. Totally unacceptable, this was only the second time we have ordered here but wont be doing so again.

Not the best. I got the hot and spicy shrimp combo plate. Nice big shrimps with good flavor. I also ordered the beef with garlic sauce combo plate. I dont have a review on that dish because it wasnt deliver to me at all. Instead, I got shrimps with veggies. I didnt mind that as the shrimp was big and tasty. I would like to try the beef though. Yes, I ordered two combo plates and the fried rice is not even worth writing about. Next time, white rice it is. Wouldve been 4 star if I got the beef and white rice.

Service is fast and the people are nice. Ive always received my order on time. I even tried the online order on their website tonight and it worked out great. Ive had their general tsos chicken, egg rolls, and hot and sour soup, and they were all very good. One problem is if youre looking for the place for the first time at night, youre going to have difficulty finding it because their sign doesnt light up. Overall, its a good Chinese takeout place.

This place used to be great. The food was good and the service was very fast. However it seems like theyve lost their entire cooking staff and now the food takes 30+ minutes to make. For the 4th time in a row now Ive ordered food, waited about 30 minutes to drive to the place to find that they havent even started my meal yet because one person is cooking every meal and answering the phones. Its a shame, they used to be great

If its possible to give this place negative stars they would have it! I ordered my food at 12. By 12:45 I havent seen or heard anything I had to call them for 15 minutes straight and no one answered the phone. About 15 missed calls later someone finally calls me back and says its going to take another half hour! Are they serious?! An hour and a half to make some food and bring it to me? Worst place possible!

Constantly takes over an hour for delivery. This was the last time I will order from them after we waited close to 2 hours I believe the actual delivery time was about 100 or 110 minutes . Several past orders have always taken over an hour for delivery but tonights takes the cake. If you want Chinese delivery, go somewhere else they have no ability to deliver food on time or even hot for that matter!

Took a take out, it was almost closing time on a weekday he was kind to take our order, guess he iss the owner. The food was delicious and hot. If you like spicy food try the Singapore Mei Fun we loved it. Hot and sour soup and the egg rolls were good too !!! Felt good after having their food :) Thank you.

Honestly this place is freaking amazingly delicious! The online ordering is seamless. Delivery is fast and the employees are extremely courteous. Food is plentiful, flavorful, fresh and delicious. Definitely our number one Chinese take out/delivery place from now on. Absolutely outstanding...YUM!

Dont go here! I just ate here and the lady at front came behind me told me I could only fill my box half way because the food cost too much. They should use smaller boxes or raise prices but monitoring people in the buffet line is insulting.

Best Chinese food in Plymouth. The food is awesome, best chicken chow mein and hot and spicy chicken Ive had in a long time. The portions are huge and they are very reasonable. Great family owned restaurant. Check them out.

Awesome Chinese place! I ordered the orange chicken and it had just the right amount of spice and heat. The dish was very fresh-tasting and had green onions and broccoli. Fast service for take-out.

They no longer serve sushi, so now its just another chinese/japanese type place :( Many other typical american/oriental dishes at this authentic place. We love going here

Bought the golden shrimp and chicken fried rice. The entire bag of shrimp was overcooked and hard, absolutely awful. The fried rice was mediocre. Would not go back.
