We have tried this place 3 times and each time the experience has been poor. 1st time the orders were getting mixed up, customers ice cream was sitting so long it was melting and had to be thrown away. Ours was melted and if they would have turned it upside down it would have fallen out on the floor. 2nd time the orders were getting messed up, or sitting up on the counter while the customers sat waiting while their ice cream melted. The 3rd time we did not have to wait long but there were no strawberries in the Royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard. My girlfriend told them there were no strawberries in her blizzard so the kid working the counter gave it to the girl making the blizzards and said "There was supposed to be strawberries in this". The girl looked super irritated and picked up a scoop of strawberry filling and flung it on top of the blizzard. Lol we took a picture of her blizzard for memories to laugh at because it was so ridiculous. For me it is 3 strikes and you are out.

"Over Done" This is a "Training Restaurant" and while it is a clean and fast establishment it was weird that when it wasnt that busy when each of our group of 5 ordered a treat they gave each of us a vibrating numbered buzzer. But when our desserts were up the buzzers did not go off, they just called it out and handed us our treat. Why give a buzzer when all you do is just shout it out? Seemed like a wasted process. I also got my entire dish in a broken cup which made my cup holder a sea of ice cream on the way home.

Its extremely rare that Ill write a negative review about anything, but the utter lack of organization and task distribution I witnessed today was astonishing. While the restaurant was indeed experiencing a minor surge in customers, more than a dozen Ive cream orders sat waiting to be picked up, melting on the shelf. My simple order of a single basket of French fries took more than 20 minutes to fill, and people who entered the building much later than I were getting served combo baskets sooner.

Very poor service. Not only did I have to repeat my order of a double dipped cone and banana split FOUR times and again when I pulled up to the window, they also messed up my very simple order. When asked to fix my order they denied it being wrong and refused to fix it. Tried calling to report what had happened to a manager and they ignored my call. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED.

If youre gonna do DQ, Id argue that this is likely to be the best one in the county. Probably because its a couple blocks away from the corporate HQ. Visit this DQ and youll probably get to order something theyre testing and you cant get at other locations. Sometimes youre asked to take surveys and get coupons or gift cards.

This is THE Dairy Queen as it is just south of corporate headquarters. They test new products and do other stuff here according to the cashier. He also said that its one of only a few corporate owned locations. Restaurant looked very nice and had free WiFi.

Just discovered this place and it rocks (maybe because its so close to DQ headquarters?). Impeccably clean, great staff and supervision, prices are completely reasonable. Best DQ location I have ever been in.

Fries were sitting for too long. Hamburger bun was soggy and my frappe was completely melted and tasted like watered down ice cream with wayy to much caramel and chocolate at the bottom. Step up your game DQ.

Really cool "beta test" store for DQ corporate. This location has extra items that others dont. Franchise owners come in to learn about how to run their DQ by working here.
