The guy was like not wanting to be there and was not pleasant. Website claims full menu, but that is NOT the case, I ordered a sandwich meal instead-- the sandwich was supossed to be a Turkey BLT (the lettuce was wilted and no tomato at all) tons of mayo though. the meat was 3 slices of delishaved lunch meat, 2.99/lb I got an oz maybe. So a sub par Sandwich, a small bag of chips and a coke for $9+ dude....not going back its a rip off... Next time I want a BLT Subway here I come for half the price twice the sandwich!!!

This place sucks, I asked for a strawberry Cheesequake and there was miscellaneous items inside. For example, if I was allergic to nuts I will have been dead, also there was chocolate chunks with caramel inside meaning that they mixed a whole bunch of stuff and wasnt paying attention. Never going here again, ill take my kids to another location.

If you are looking for a walk up DQ this is the one to visit. The owner is there 90% of the time making sure everything is as it should be. Yeah, I know DQ is DQ, but actually that isnt true. (Didnt mean to rhyme there but I did anyway) the food is really good and the ice cream never runny. As a matter of fact, just for that Im going there now..

For years my family has visiting this dq but never again. Ordered a cone dipped in chocolate and they said they didnt do that...manager andre was very disrespectful and rude. After trying to speak to him he continued to blaim me ..lol. If u dont have patience to work with pyblic get another job ANDRE!! They have dipped cones!!!!!

Went there to get a chili cheese dog requested onions did get them and the chili was old and hard the cashier greeted me with a wats popping so I called the same young man answered the phone when I asked to speak to the manager he said I am the manager no Im just playing the manager aint in wont be going back there

I love the Robbinsdale Dairy Queen! Terrell (the new manager) is wonderful and I love the staff, I think they are very friendly and fun there, it makes my whole night to go there!!! Great place and great crew, keep up the good work!! I am always very sad when they close for the winter!

Review by Marybeth Bacon. Again this month, out of ingredients for "blizzard of the month". Bought a Buster Bar. Paper thin chocolate coating. Stick off to one side, ice cream falling off due to stick placement. All in all. This place in going down hill fast.

Ordered a banana split. Pineapples had the scent and taste of those that had been out too long. Tried to call store to speak with manager and they wouldnt (or couldnt) answer the phone Tried 4 times and it went to fax machine each time.

This is the second best Dairy Queen Ive ever been to. it is in a unique location and the architecture of it is so great. Its a typical Dairy Queen except the staff were nicer than at the typical DQ and it has a really cool, unique vibe.

Ive been coming here since I was 10 and could only afford a side of whipped cream. As I recall, the staff have ALWAYS been kind (even when my young friend was politely turned down when she asked the long- time cashier to marry her!)

The owner of this place is great and works hard at keeping this place going. He is always friendly and warm. A great little place to walk to. Prices are comparable to other DQs - not sure what the other reviews are talking about...
