Dont really want to give them any stars but had to just to give a review. I say no stars. Me and two friends went there recently. We traveled way from Iowa to Minneapolis, Minnesota to go to a Beyonce Concert on 5/23/16 and after we started looking for something to eat and they were the only ones left open. Checkers is great but not this one. To sum it up the parking lot was discusting. I didnt want to eat there cause of that alone but my friends talked me into staying. Pulled up to the menu board and no answer so we waited patiently. So after about four or so mins i asked if they were still open the guy replied go ahead with a bad attitude as if we were disturbing him. We had three meals and in one we asked for no cheese cause one of us was allergic. Get to the window and he doesnt greet us at all. He starts passing me the food but shoving them in my hands as well as the drinks. Very rude and the bags were given to us opened not rolled closed like most places. We sat there to check our food and we had cheese so i nicely asked for him to change his gloves and remake it please. He snatched the bag and smacked his lips and turned and slammed the bag down on a table. He left the window opened so i yelled did he just snatch and he heard and he came over and closed the window. When he gave me the burger back he again shoved it in my hand. He might as well threw all the food and drinks into my car. I pulled over in there lot and called the current manager and she wasnt any better. Even more rude. That store needs to be shut the hell down.

I miss their delicious fries and burgers, and you really cant beat the price, but havent been there in months thanks to the horrible attitude that we got last time we went there. There is always a wait, which is fine with me and my hubby, Im willing to wait for good food, but not when theres bad customer service and they treat you like an inconvenience to them when youre just trying to use a coupon they provide. Very unprofessional and unpleasant atmosphere. Im giving it a two since the food is actually good, but the people that work there, not so much. Even management has a bad attitude, in fact one day while I was waiting for my food, I witnessed a verbal altercation between her and another customer. Granted, said customer was being quite rude but as a person in charge, and speaking from someone whos been in plenty of retail work, things couldve been handled differently. Escalating the situation only makes things worse and even more, makes the other customers present extremely uncomfortable.

Terrible service, wonderful food. The girl taking our order, didnt get it right. Over charged us. The manager had to fix it after she took our card and swiped it. She then acted as though it was a major inconvenience that we let her know before pulling away, that she didnt give us all the food. She told us to just come in to fix it. So I did. I went in, and she gave me all sorts of attitude asking me what size fries I was supposedly missing. I told her the two medium, for the combos. She then brought them over to me, NOT in a bag, and then tried to set them on top of the bag I already had that couldnt even close because it was already full. The manager did try to make the situation right after I confronted her and asked for an extra bag, and told him that this was the worst service wed received here. He gave me a coupon for a free combo on my next trip.

Horrible service waited at intercom for a minute with out any one greeting me for my order I had to say hello a few times finally some one took my order ..i sat behind a car for 5 more minutes just to pull up to window to be asked what my order was again i paid and sat another 15 minutes finally had enough while watching through the drive thru window of how unclean they were with making my order I had to go in to ask for management which not one time did she stop what she was doing to accommodate me at all she finally gave me my food which had missing items I notice once I got home every time I come here its the same horrible service makes me think if the lack of service is this bad I wonder what their cleaning and food prep is like checkers has been added to the list of places I refuse to spend my money at .Horrible Who is doing the hiring here

Coming from the south, when I saw a Checkers sign, there was an immediate detour. Wow, was that instantly regretable. Immediately upon entering, we were greeted with empoyess profanity about washing dishes. We then proceeded to stand in line for 30 minutes, at a fast food place. Whul5we waited, they confused multiple orders and had countless waiting to receive their food; only to get a bag full of meat they didnt order. Lets talk about cleanliness, or lack there of.... *** HINT*** If you are looking to make some quick money, just walk on their floor. You are guaranteed to slip and fall. Like walking on butter. Extremely disappointed that it appears the employees do not have any prode in their work or workplace......

I was SO upset today when I along with 4 other customers stood in the drive thru line in Brooklyn Center MN off of highway 252. From the time I ordered my meal I waited in line without move for over 15 minutes. I was so upset that I drove out of the line and drove up in the front of the line to speak with the server at the window and she would not even open the window. I will never ever return to this checkers. It was the second time I had been there and the last time that I will go there. There were yelling and blowing of horns and another person left as well as I did. You guys really have to get more people or get it in line one person said its always like this and I said well I will never return there.

Theyre very slow. I usually plan at least 15-20 minutes to go through the drive thru. It really doesnt matter if its busy or not. Seems like thats just how long their fast food takes. I just went through and I was one of two cars in line. I ordered 10 wings and 2 ranches. It took 12 minutes and they forgot one of my ranches. So...you know...theyre kind of alright I guess. When I called for a refund the woman put me down for a free ranch and an ice cream cone. Which is nice. But it still doesnt say much for how long it takes them to get an order wrong even when its slow. They usually have nice employees. Some times they are definitely jerks. I do like their food. Wings especially.

Absolute worst service Ive ever encountered. Im always drawn in because their food is so good, but end up kicking myself when I come here. The service is atrocious. Minimum 30 minute wait, even if youre just ordering one burger. I live nearby, so Ive been here at least a dozen times, and Ive never been out in less than 30 minutes. Max was almost an hour. Whoever is managing this place is failing. I could have driven to the food places on bass lake road and been back here before my order was even taken. Awful. Seen so many people leave the drive through because theyve been waiting so long. Doesnt matter what time of day or night I try to come here, its always too long of a wait.
