Afternoon staff is fantastic! During lunch antwone is always extremely friendly and productive with a one of a kind personality. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the evening crew, this is very consistent days are good and nights arent at this location. The staff ignored the people infront of me and myself to finish their own conversations before taking our orders, the cashier didnt know how to operate the register to change something and she had to ask a supervisor 2 times to get her to help. During this a crew member was eating in the kitchen with gloves on and then proceeded to set his burger down and continue working. My blizzard was set on counter with out it being called out and if it was called out she whispered it cause I was standing right next to the counter. It began melting by the time I started to eat it. Once again day staff here deserve a 5* all the way a special thanks to those guys for being awesome dairy Queen employees, and the night staff should be evaluated.

The worst fast food service Ive ever experienced. I work in the area and love their turkey sandwich but its gotten to a point where I dont trust the people working there to make my food. First, theyre always out of turkey. Sounds weird but its true. Inventory is a bust. No soda sometimes as well. Theres one guy who works there (I believe hes a manager) that has such a loud voice its like hes yelling at customers. One time there was no turkey I asked HOW this is possible so many times a month, and she said they got shipment in the day before but no one wanted to put it away, so it was thawing as we spoke. WHAT?? No one wanted to do their job so the customers cant have the food they ordered? Insane! The whole restaurant (should I call it that?) is a mess. As much as I love their sandwich, Im not going in there anymore.

Worst customer service experience ever. The worker taking our order was rude, ungroomed, with his dirty shirt unbuttoned and hard to understand because he either mumbled or barked his words. He acted extremely annoyed and told us that we cannot substitute a side salad for fries and charged us $2.49 extra for a lousy salad. Then we asked for the dressing options and he told us honey mustard or BBQ. We asked "BBQ"? And he mumbled something we could not decipher and asked him if he had Italian dressing. He said he had one left and gave it to us. When we received our order we only got half of what we ordered and half of something totally different but decided not to challenge this individual anymore because our lunch break wouldve not been long enough for it. Overall, worst DQ ever. DO NOT GO THERE!

Food is usually good. This time though chicken strips seemed over cooked. Service is always subpar. On my recent visit I was supposed to get toast with my order and I was the ONLY person in the restaurant. When they handed it to me I walked out, realized no toast and walked back in. The THREE employees ignored me (one being on her phone) and finally when I told them what I was missing the girl that made it shrugged her shoulders and said we they were out. If youre out something you always offer something else, get that through your thick scull. You cant just hope the person wont notice. On a previous visit I simply got a blizzard and for what ever reason it took 10 minutes and people that order more food AFTER me got theirs.

To Alexander Gold,i want to say thank you for your positive comments about the morning shift. I was one of the managers that always worked open til 5pm. When i was there i did try my best to get the customers what they wanted, getting them out quickly and making sure their sas visit was awesome. I cant say the same for how it is now but there differently two managers there that need retraining and needs to be more responsible and considerate of how they run the store and shifts. THEY NEED TO DO THEIR JOB WITH PRIDE AND OWN UP TO THEIR TITLE.. I think this DQ needs a whole new management team and service area manager that cares. LIKE THEY SAY ITS FAN FOOD NOT FAST FOOD... AT LEAST THATS WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO THINK

This location actually used to be pretty decent, but now its just plain horrible. They got a whole new staff it seems, and they hired a bunch of really just stupid people. Like seriously just dumb, and while I usually hate to call people out, there was a person there, lets call him M because thats what his name started with, who was just a moron who could barely do the simplest of tasks. Some of them are loud mouthed and ghetto. The service is horrible. Our order was messed up in both size and price I will never be coming back to this location unless they go under new management or a complete re-staffing.

We were in the store, in line, waiting on slow, poor service, when they closed. With us waiting in line. We got to wait until everyone was a served, then told to get out, there was no drawer in the till, so they couldnt take our order.Worst still, they locked is in while they served everyone else. That is, except the two couples waiting in line before they closed. That is exactly the kind of service I expect from an establishment who lets a 22 year old manage it. I guess she wanted to get downtown well before last call. Word of advice, serve the people you let on the door, and get an adult to manage...

Horrendous. Do not order birthday cakes here especially for a childs birthday party! My order which was made 3 days in advance was not processed and the cake was NOT ready for my son. There was no explanation and Sharon (Shari?) had a haughty attitude when I was understandably upset about the situation. Especially when no solution or remedy was given. Another reviewer had the SAME cake experience a week ago. Corporate needs to remedy this! Ive been here before and the staff seemed lovely and friendly. Now Im disgusted by this experience and after reading so many negative reviews, I wont go back.

Every time I come here its a mistake. Employees are cheerful enough but apparently lack adequate managerial support. The credit card machines are broken. One of the registers is broken. There are spoons sitting in a box on the pick up counter. The lit sign in front isnt on and its dark out. I havent had the guts to try any of the cooked food, but the blizzards are iffy at best. Often undermixed and without enough ingredients. Whoever owns this franchise needs to spend less time and money on the golf course and more of it on their business.

As a employee of another fast food chain this one was for sure unacceptable. Ordered 2 for 2.99 burgers. both didnt get made till the cashier yelled at the two black guys behind the counter to make it neither one of them were wearing gloves and the burgers were hard and crunchy. Deffinetly passed there hold times. The heavy set lady that appeared to be in charge didnt stay attentive to there behavior. If I get sick I know who to go after.

I walked in and stood at the counter for like 3 minutes while the workers behind the counter looked away without takingtaking my order. The black kid behind the counter wae eating ice cream and saw me, then walked away. Finally someone took my order. Never said thank you or a word to me. Then the food was cold. The ketchup bottles were all empty. The salt shaker was coated with sticky goup. Ill never go back there.
