I have been to this location many times over the years, but today I was disappointed. First I order and as we get to the vegetables, I see there is frost on the side of all the containers and some of the veggies are frozen hard, even brittle. The temp was we too low! Then I get my food and can only eat 3/4 of it do to the bread being rock hard on the ends and even burnt with paper stuck to it on one side. Today was not a good experience.

Got a Club from there today and was happy with the results. Employees were friendly. Condiments were a little sparse, but thats a universal Subway issue. I know I can ask for more, I just wish the default amount was a bit more generous. Will continue to eat here.

For a Subways its not bad. Right off Round Lake - the prices are decent but I always go with a coupon to keep costs low. I try to order the breads w/out high fructose corn syrup as well (options are limited), but the ingredients seem fresh enough.

Without a doubt the best experience, and Subway sandwich Ive ever had. Great recommendations, and top knotch friendly customer service. Ill drive the extra 9 miles, because she went the extra mile for me.

Employee seems to not care and dosent seem to be trained in all the way, he seems stressed but shouldnt be acting this way. Dosent know how to make sandwitches either.
