We try different pizzas all over town. Always looking for a "better" pizza. This one had good reviews so..... First off, nice little place. Nothing fancy, it DOES have seating, pretty clean, kinda beat up old strip mall. There is currently construction on the road - and I MEAN serious construction, the cement barriers are nearly up to the windows. There is nothing to complain about the quality of ingredients related to the pizza. There definitely should be MORE topping on the pizza. I kinda question the use of cheddar cheese, I DONT really think it adds anything, in fact, it probably messes with the flavor of everything else. Now, when people here say the pizza is "thin crust" they mean THIN CRUST. Cracker thin would be thicker. Im NOT kidding. I didnt know you could MAKE pizza this thin. I would say most of the pizza is about an eight of an inch. Yup, get your ruler out - thats a thin, thin pizza. And here lies the problem. When you pay $16 for a 13 inch pizza (Twin City- pretty much a deluxe) You want to feel like you got your moneys worth---OR at least it was kinda expensive, but "better". And its just not. You can argue better, but value - no not even close. Also, NO checks - NO credit cards. They REALLY need to mention this. I bet theres been PLENTY a mad customer. No checks I understand, but no credit cards, these days? Hmm. something fishy about that. No coupons around either.. This pizza joint may have been around 50 years, but you kinda get the feeling that "running on fumes" is appropriate.

Good luck finding a better Neapolitan style pizza anywhere. I cant believe my luck to be in their delivery zone. The crust is paper thin the sauce has just the right herb and spice touches. The oven must be bloody hot because you cannot get results like theirs from a regular oven. The shop itself is nothing to write home about so delivery is preferred. If you find yourself longing for a super thin crust pizza, treat yourself to something unique. It reminds me of the pizza I had throughout Italy and France in 2000.

Ordered 2 pizzas and after over an hour and half it came. I had called and told them I wasnt paying for it. They said ok. When it came the guy said I had to pay for my pizza. We sent it back. Ive never had such terrible service before!

Probably the best thin crust pizza in the Twin Cities. Remember this is a family owned small business with a long history in the area. You may experience some small business nuances, but the pizza is worth it!

Hands down favorite pizza ever. Thinnest crust you can imagine and veggies are just as thin, LOVE IT. I drive 20 mins to get this pizza on the regular, its worth it.
