Went online to order a pizza, signed up to receive promotional emails and ended up getting a coupon for $5 off 1 pizza. Sweet deal right? After spending several minutes then setting up an online account, picking out a pizza and getting ready to order, I found out there was no way to utilize that specific coupon as there was no code included with it and the site wanted a code. No big deal right? Ill just call and order it. I had decided on the Buffalo Chicken pizza, 16" for $15.99, figured after the $5 off it would be a pretty good deal. When I called in and placed my order I told the guy taking the order about the coupon. when he finished ringing me up he wanted $21 and some change. I had been expecting to pay $15.99, minus $5 for the coupon, plus $2 or so for a delivery charge, and a few dollars for taxes right? Maybe $16 dollars or so. When I asked if he was sure if he had the price right, he got snippy and told me about the delivery charge and taxes. I ran my math by him, and when I told him the price I was looking at on the site he said, "theres no possible way that is the price!" I offered to screen shot it to him. He eventually realized he rang my order up incorrectly. Didnt apologize for the mistake or his attitude. Then gave me a new price with the right pizza and it was still pretty much 20 bucks. So on a $16 pizza, minus a $5 coupon, which would bring it down to $11, there was 8 to almost 9 dollars in delivery fees and taxes? Ended up canceling my order. Frustrating experience to say the least.

Downgrading my review - was 5 star for the record. Place has gone to trash. The night guy who used to work there was very nice, and actually cared about you. Now theres mush mouth who doesnt care about his job answering the phone. Had a coupon for a special, same one I always order, gave him the code and he told me the order was 10 bucks more than the code. I was like what why is it 26 when it said 16. He said he typed in the code and it didnt come up. I said what, so you werent gonna tell me? Cancel the order, and he hung up. Ill be using secretary of state to find out who owns this one and directly letting them know. This is the second time Ive had a terrible experience, its sad, used to be my go to place. Ill be doing Maple Grove from now on.

Not sure how the ratings are so high. I will say, the person on the phone and the staff were very friendly. No issues there but the flavor of the pizza personally was not to my expectations . Toppings sparingly scattered on the pizza, very little sauce and cheese. Might as well have eaten bread sticks. The pizza also had a weird after taste and the sauce had a weird smell which for me, was off putting. I ended up eating a whole slice and throwing the pizza away (it was a large too). Luckily Frankies is up the street so I had another pie within 20. Two stars because the staff was great. Otherwise, the pizza itself was less than stellar.

I ordered on a whim because I have seen them around. I loved the pizza. First it was here in about 20 minutes, and when it arrived it was still hot and melty. The crust tastes/looks hand made and the toppings were good. I love a pizza that isnt super dry and doughy, and this was PERFECT.
