We had a very disappointing experience at this DQ. We have purchased several cakes in the past but this one tasted very freezer burned and old. We were not given a receipt but called right away and the girl told us we had to call back and talk to Phil the manager the next day. My husband stopped by the next day with the cake and was not allowed to talk to Phil, but the girl argued with him for 5 minutes saying the cake was find. She never tasted the cake and was not kind or professional. Phil never came out to talk to him. Finally she asked what we wanted and we said just a cake that is fresh and tastes good. They finally gave us a voucher for another cake but the experience was humiliating and we will never purchase anything from this location again.

The staff of the establishment are the smartest when making blizzards. The making them but cant manage to get it to the correct person. A different system should be put in place.
