Understanding that it was a busy night, I still do not understand the disorganization and forgetfulness of the employees. 4 out of 6 orders that I witnessed were brought out with incorrect items. We had to go back to the counter twice to get the correct items we ordered and still two items were forgotten. Saturday nights are busy nights for the fast food industry so it is very important to have good staff that knows what they are doing, or at least a good manager to direct them... neither of which they had. The employees were trying to help but they had no rhyme or reason to their actions and performed in the most inefficient way possible. I also witnessed several employees touch food items with bare hands. I dont understand how so many items were simply "forgotten." This is something you do every day and there needs to be some sort of system in place so things are not consistently left out. They need to learn to work together as a team and train their employees to work more effectively and efficiently.

First off i walked in last night to a building that was hotter then it was outside and it was 90 and humid out. Then its so hot in the place that the employees had sweat rolling down their forehead and while one of my malts were done and waiting on the counter for me i had to wait for the 2nd one the first one had melted to nothing being it was so hot in the building. I asked a employee why the air was not on and she says well it works off and on and the owners are out of town. Now dont you think you should of had someone sent out ASAP to have that fixed??? Do you think i will ever be back.....NOPE I will drive to Blaine to get my needs met.

Horrible customer service , even the owners are rude . I called to let them know the past 2 times I have been there they have messed up my order . His reply was next time you come, come talk to me and well get you a new blizzard, I replied that I probably wont be coming back and I would just like him to retrain his employees and he said okay bye and hung up on me . Very rude and I am blown away that a owner of a company could be so rude.

The wait times for food are at least 3 times longer than any other fast food restaurant Ive been to. The food is usually decent if they manage to get your order right but, that happens maybe 1 out of 4 visits. The help is friendly but, incompetent most of the time. I suggest skipping at lunch time. May be better at night but, can not confirm.

Got all the way home only to find that my blizzard was made with vanilla ice cream & chocolate sauce NOT chocolate ice cream. This is not the same thing! :( You repeated it back to me right, why didnt you make it that way? Please pay attention, this is an occasional treat for me.

If you want to close the lobby at 8:30, just post it on the door that way. It saves the kid having to being rude and kicking people out as they walk in. Little concern shown to the customers. Heard the group of girls say as they walked out that they wont be back.

Almost every time we go to this location the service is AWFUL. The girls that work there are automatically short with you and always look like they hate their job and dont care about their appearance whatsoever.
