Got my order wrong in the drive through. It was most likely someone elses order because it was way off. Got home and called them and they said to come back. I drove approx 4 miles back to get the correct order. Got home and some of it was wrong again. How hard is it to make 3 sliders with ketchup added, and 2 cheeseburgers totally plain?! I didnt bother to waste gas and drive back again. Ugh. At least part of the order was correct the 1st time (the fries and fish nuggets). Another part of the order was incorrect too, but the person I bought it for was ok with eating it so, I didnt even try to correct that one. :( On top of it, they didnt offer us anything for their mistake.

There were 2 customers when we walked in for breakfast at 9:30am. We were very surprised as the one on white bear ave is always packed. 4 employees were standing around doing nothing. We were surprised to see the eggs for our sandwiches were in a warmer as they are fresh cooked at the one near our house. When I asked I was told it was for when it got busy. The coffee ran out before my cup was filled. They forgot to give us utensils or maple syrup for the waffles. AND there were NO CLEAN TABLES in the place. With 4 people standing around. The food was ok. And the the building looks nice, but we are not surprised that no one comes here. Sad.

I wish I could give more stars because the employees were very kind and the service was quick. The food was also good BUT the place is filthy. We couldnt even see a clean table, our shoes stuck to the floor everywhere and thank goodness the restroom lighting was dim! I wouldnt want to see any more than I already did. Im not sure if this a locally owned store or a corporate one but either way someone somewhere should be embarrassed about everything in this store except the employees.

This place was great. Very clean store and very friendly staff. I needed a childs seat bit couldnt find one for myself. So I asked for one and a lady retrieved it, washed the whole thing just in case the last person forgot, and delivered it to my table. Awesome. We always get 20 sliders, half with cheese and split it among my two kids, my wife and myself. These ones were particularly amazing as they were still hot! Very nice location worth checking out.

So I guess the drive through and dine in orders are more important than the carry out orders! I spent $40 dollars here and everyone got their food before I got mine. And when I asked how much longer after the first 15 minutes of waiting I was told that they all orders smaller orders then me so they got their food first. I was told this by a manager? He was rude and disrespectful! Way to go White Castle!

We couldnt decide, after making our decision and ordered. We changed our mind and the server (Will/Bill) was very understanding and super nice. They corrected our order right away and apology for it, even through it was our mistake. One of the nicest and friendliest fast food place I have been too.

I have only ever been here between the hours of 11:00pm and 5:00am, but the food is ALWAYS fresh and the workers are always nice as can be. The food is always hooked up to the max as well. They by far have the best service of any fast food place in the Coon rapids area!

Look, I grew up on Krystals in the south. So every once in a while, a stack of White Castles with fries and a Coke is a guilty pleasure I just gotta satisfy. And this one does it right. Theyre friendly, theyre cooked fresh, and theyre just the slider fix I need.

so i love white castle but it would be nice to have clean tables. a floor that you stick to i have been to that location several time i know the restrooms are dirty and unsually out of hand soap. just make very unsure about eating at white castle

Floor, restroom, dining room, DISGUSTING. Hasnt been clean in a long time. Staff is ok, cashier might stare you down if you take more than 5 seconds to decide. You can drive though if you trust the kitchen has been cleaned lately.

Great tasting food, made fresh to order! You can order on their app and have it ready when you arrive as well which is great. This place has always been clean when Ive been here and the staff is very friendly.

Waited almost 10 minutes for my food. Burgers was barely warm, and all 6 burgers in my meal were soggy as a sponge . Fries were the only thing I ate out of it
