Im Pregnant and a craving hits. DQ is my top choice. Order at the drive-thru and had a pleasant experience up until I could see the 4 very young teenagers working there prepping my order through the window. Fudge brownie with ice cream. They passed it back and forth playfully, and for no apparent reason. Laughing. Throwing food on the floor and one seemed to even poke at the brownie. They traded it off to the window teenager who proceeded to top it with whip cream. Couldnt see him do it but they erupted in laughter. Opened the window, rudely said "here!", laughed and shut the window and all of them began laughing again. There was whip cream sprayed all over the container and it honestly was so melted it looked like milk. What the heck??? Made me nervous to eat it, especially after they played with it. With 3 toddlers in the car at 730 at night, getting out to talk to the non-existent adult manager was not happening. Seems crazy to complain about something that only cost me 4.79 but Im paying for quality & convenience. Not crap made by rude kids.

The service was fast but my wife had to return her burger as it was incorrect. The chef didnt want to cut one of our burgers in half and instead we were given a knife to cut it ourselves. I ordered 2 chilli cheese dogs and they were ok, the buns were going stale though and it was irritating. There was some kind of disgruntled chef at the grill as the server would ask for something and he would just ignore her. I felt bad about their work environment.

SUPER fast service. Dont worry about the long lines - they go by really quickly. They get the job done and do it well. Im always getting BOGO coupons for blizzards and that keeps me going back for more! I will mention the building itself is dated, the floors are slippery, and blizzard toppings appear a little on the light side at times. But the outdoor patio is a much needed update and looks nice!

Friend ordered a chicken strip basket and it was undercooked (cook with a beard) Then we left with out getting his ice cream that came with the meal... hope the owners happy with the peoples he hired.. also heard an older worker yelling at a coworker over the head set. (Your like 40 grow up and stop acting like a child in front of customers)

Super pissed tonight. Wasted around $16 for 3 medium sized blizzards. 2 of which I payed extra for extra toppings, only to find less than an inch of toppings only ON THE TOP on all 3. Do any of the employees know how to mix ice cream properly?! Oh, but thank God they flipped them upside down for me before handing them off.

Ordered the 6 buck lunch , asked for nothing but cheese and ketchup on the burger . waited 10 minutes for my meal, cheeseburger had all the toppings on it ( as it always does at this location ) Got charged for a large drink and I didnt even get my drink .

This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been in. I could smell good cooking in old oil. The floor was filthy. Looked like it had been mopped in a light layer of cooking oil. Also slippery with footprints all over it. Will never go here again.

Every time I go here I am disappointed!!! Always have to ask for lids in the drive thru, I also pay for extra toppings just to get what most other Dairy Queens normally put on sundae or parfait. Ridiculous! The owner is cheap cheap cheap!

Dilly bars were obviously melted and refrozen when I got them.This is the 3rd time. Bags smell old and smoky. Plus they cost more than Anoka DQ, where i plan to take my business.
