Very disappointed. I ordered small traditional wings and after a bit of a wait the manger came and brought me my food. Only 9 wings came when 10 usually do and they were Luke-warm wings. He kind of seemed to talk down to me a bit and laughed at my order. When I asked him about 9 wings vs 10, he said they just moved to 9 instead of 10. He seemed to neglect the idea of customer service. I was even more upset when the neighboring table heard what happened, got their order of small traditional, and had 10 wings; then they understood my confusion. I knew something was weird when he said they moved to that amount considering they are moving the Traditional Tuesday deal to a Boneless Tuesday deal. I usually frequent the Blaine location and am happy with everything. My team and I go to that location every Tuesday and love the service. However, the location I was at yesterday in the Riverdale Village treated me very poorly. I asked the waitress for the Mangers name and it was Ryan.

I picked up a to-go order last night from Riverdale buffalo wild wings. When I got home my wings were barely tossed in wing sauce. Huge disapointment, I ordered wild and hot but they basicly tasted plain. My girlfriends wings looked just fine had plenty of sauce. When I called up there to complain the manager told me I could drive back up there for more sauce (not happening) or they could send me a lousy $5 gift card.. my wings were way more than $5 And who wants to eat plain wings... I would highly suggest checking your wings before you walk out. most buffalo wild wings show you your order box by box. This one just handed us the bag and said thank you come again. Or going somewhere else for wings such as... Willy mcoys on hwy 10.. amazing wings .50 on sundays Willys bar on coon rapids Blvd.. full wings The bulavard on coon rapids Blvd I will never spend any money at riverdale buffalo wild wings again!!!

Decent food. You must make sure you ask for extra sauce every time. While in the middle of eating the bartender asked me and my boyfriend to "scoot down one" for someone who wasnt there yet. When a couple to my right was just leaving. Seemed very unprofessional. There were open bar seats and tables elsewhere. Couldnt believe the audacity.. I had to with my mouthful suggest for him to wait for the couple to my right to leave. Even if we moved the third person we would have moved for didnt even show up until after we left. Overall fine food, but really Mr. Bartender?

I love all my girls at my favorite b-dubs... this place is like home to me !! Plus the vet bartender is one of the best super nice... My food and drinks are always brought out fast I have never waited over 20 min to order food and to get it !! Plus this location always has drinks specials, out of state locations normally dont. Great bar atmosphere or a big family dinning area or the patio is always nice !!! I would give 10 stars if I could !!

Was a favorite but the prices have gone up, portions down and the service is waning. Ive visited the Riverdale Coon Rapids, MN location and the Madison, WI (Menona area) and both times I was seated quickly but no server greeting and drink order for 10-15 minutes! The real kicker was that at neither time were they very busy. Was one of my favorites, quickly becoming otherwise. I will try it again for a 3rd strike try.....

I have had a lot of issues at this location. They under-season the dry rubs on their wings. Ive had huge puddles of other sauces that I didnt order mixed in with my order. Take out orders missing sides ect. Most of my issues have been kitchen related not service related, so they have some problem in the back of the house that consistently causes problems. Go to the Blaine location because its way better.

NEVER order from here!! Every time I order something is wrong or missing. This last time they charged extra from 4 sauce side, all which were forgot. I called the manager and his response "so what do you want me to do?. ...I dont know refund me for the sides and check your orders!!! I was a waitress and its a very simple concept. I definitely will never order from here again, that was the last try.

I love the bar. not the other side. all of the good wait staff works the bar. one time I had to sit in the general area and I hated it, but I think its because its a kid area and they seriously have a new waitress every day over there. the food is the same every time and its just a good spot.

worst place to eat. I had 3 shots of whisky with my amigo then came here because my fiance was hungry and I waited about 30mins to order my food. the drinks came and they were very unsatisfying, do they even change their pop when its out? the service is very bad but the food was good.

The server, Samantha, at the Riverdale Buffalo Wild Wings is a Superstar waitress!!!! Great personality, super friendly, and Excellent customer service!!! She also brought us some darn excellent food!! Yall should try the 35th Weck Sandwich!!! (The au jus mayo was DELICIOUS!!!!!)

Used to be our favorite due to great wait staff. New management seemed to correlate with less than friendly service. We began to go to the second closest restaurant for awhile. Came back a few weeks ago and it seemed better. Well see!!! Food was always good though!

They cant even make the wings right anymore... I asked the lady 5 time before she refilled my water. Drinks are pricey, not to mention the food, spendy also. They also dont allow fire amrs in the building even with a permit to carry. The sign is illegal btw

Poor service. We had planned to order dessert and asked for a minute to decided. Waiter didnt come back to our table for 15 minutes. They werent very busy. Waiter stopped at his other tables and started washing off tables as we were waiting to order.

Service was slow. Waitress messed up our bill. I went to go to the restroom by the time I was back she had thrown my to go boxes away and I was saving most of it for later. The manager gave me 2 free 5 piece wing coupons in return.

I have never had any issues with this establishment. Good employees and good service. I dont know what issues other people have been having, but this has been one of my favorite dining spots, even though Im not a sports fan.

It took 40 minutes to receive 20 wings and they screwed up my order. Unacceptable. I called and placed my order at 4, they told me it would be done in 15 minutes but they didnt have my order ready for me until 4:40

Buffalo wild wilds is awesome cause there is a lot of variety in sauces you can get on your wings and they have wonderful fries. But Ali have burgers and salads you can order to not just wings its really good.
