Usually this place does a pretty good job. My last visit was horrible. Took 10 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order and that took 10 more to get our drinks and my tea was the only drink that came with the excuse that they had to brew more tea for my wifes Arnold Palmer. We ordered right away when my drink came, 1 chicken ceaser wrap and that took a half hour. By this time we were there 50 minutes and my wife still didnt have her drink and mine was empty. We finished our wrap which lacked any dressing and had maybe 1 small chicken tender and the waitress brought out my wifes drink which was just lemonade, no tea and gave us the bill. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager. I explained the issues and she proceeded to argue with me about her lack of service and the foods quality. I recommend you only get pizzas to go.

Went in late Saturday afternoon. Very noisy. Difficult to carry on a conversation with someone on the other side of the table. Ordered a tap beer....came in a small mug piping hot just out of the dishwasher. The spinach dip should have been called soup, and really bad soup at that. The Italian hoagie was ok, but pretty small for the $8.99 price tag. They only have seasoned fries, which I do not like. I could have substituted a small salad or onion rings for an additional $1.49, but I couldnt see spending $10.50 on a meal that would cost $7.00 anywhere else. I ordered just the sandwich alone, but they still charged me $8.99. Overpriced food, warm beer................save your money.

Not impressed. The front corner was so chilly that a few tables ended up moving themselves. Out waitress didnt put our appetizer in as a starter and we had to hunt her down to ask her to do so. The pizza my husband ordered was so slathered in sauce that everything slid off, while the "new york style" crust was overcooked. Waitress didnt come by our table, after dropping off the food, until we were done. By that point we had been wanting refills & the over abundance of plates cleared for several minutes. The last straw was her bringing me a regular drink when i specified, twice, for diet. I ended up sick for most of the night. If i hadnt noticed her mistake i could have had serious issues!

We were driving through on our way home to North Dakota and thought we would stop for lunch. We wound up at Broadway Pizza starving and thirsty. The staff was okay, not exceptional, but the pizza was absolutely disgusting. We ordered a New York Style Pepperoni and a Deep Dish Meat Lovers. They were gross, the sauce tasted just like plain tomato sauce out of a can and there wasnt hardly any difference between the New York style crust and the Deep Dish crust. I left still staving and very disappointed. I cannot believe we paid $60.00 for such poor quality food. Will not ever return. Id of rather ate a Totinos cardboard frozen pizza.

This place seemed like a whole new restaurant compared to even a year ago now thats its under new ownership. I went there with my family to catch the Badgers play in the sweet 16. We were seated immediately and they were more than willing to put the game on multiple screens. The pizza was great and the drinks were reasonably priced. Our waiter was quick and friendly. I would highly recommend going here for dinner or a drink.

Second time here (Ill try anything twice!) and it was a bad experience both times! Service was VERY slow both times ... I mean really SLOW! How long does it take to cook a pizza? I can understand slow food, but at least the drinks can get refilled and the empties cleared in a timely manner (NOT!) If you value prompt, timely service, go elsewhere! : -(

sent pizza back. Wait for new pizza could of got a better frozen pizza. When the right pizza finally got to the table the pizza cook came out and he was filthy. You could see where he had been wiping pizza sauce and flour off of his hands on the back of his pants (ass) talk about c-diff

The pizza is amazing. Service isnt primo, but they get the job done. And the choo choo circling the restaurant is fun for some. A lazy Sunday evening has these folks delivering to my door. Nice thick slices with hearty ingredients. If youve never, its time!

Went last week and had a terrible experience. Gave them another chance. 8 of us went for bingo. The waitress couldnt have been more attentive. Had a blast and the pizza was fantastic. Thanks Broadway pizza for a great afternoon.

Restaurant open until 11 PM went at 9:45 pm restaurant open, asked about food, was told that we were not busy so we closed the kitchen early and that there was no food available. 5 employees sitting around.
