Went out to celebrate getting a new job and our 6th year anniversary. Ordered drinks and they arrived about 10 minutes later. The server was young and inexperienced a slim white dude with a thin mustache. It was not his fault that flys and other small winged insects were all over the place. My wife and I batted away the flys until we could request a different table at which time we were brought to a table with a unattached table top... yes we moved 3 times before the silverware was brought to us. I ordered the 20 dollar fajitas and was served a salty and burnt arrangement of what was advertised in the menus. I thought we might have earned a discount for the experience but I guess we did not even after mentioning it politely and yes we were super polite and kind. A neighboring patron seemed to be having the same experience and I raised my empty water glass in recognition of the struggle. It is safe to say we will not be returning or recommending this neighborhood spot. How they have 4 stars is beyond my comprehension. Drive to the chain of la casita before ever stepping foot in this establishment. My apologies to the two servers who in the past have been totally excellent to us! I hope the owner gets a clue!

Tried this place out when they first opened. Ordered margaritas. When asked if we wanted to shelf..i said no. Realized when we got bill. We got charged for to shelf. Had to argue to get bill reduced. Went another time... or food was very watery. About quarter inch water on plate when done.. after couple years decided too give another chance.... Ordered a pitcher of margaritas on rocks. After a few minutes...waitor cane back to ta la and said sorry.. we are out of ice... and van only do frozen margaritas. They should have just sent someone to buy ice or something.. no response from management. What the?

¡Yo <3 Fiesta Cancún! We just love this place. My husband is not a big fan of Mexican food, so we have not been able to go often in the past. But now that we found Fiesta Cancún we can go frequently! He loves that they have so many seafood options. Unlike many other local Mexican restaurants, the garnish is generous and full of veggies. My favorite is the chicken chimichanga, but he loves the seafood fajitas. The staff is friendly and the service is great! We recommend it constantly to family and friends...and now to all of you!

Very good tasting food. Would have gave 5 stars except for 1) tried to place a to go order last week and was kept on hold for 15 minutes. Then tried calling back for 30 minutes and got a busy signal. I can only assume this meant I would have been on hold for at least 45 minutes. 2) For the price, their portions are horrible. ESPECIALLY if you order to go. DO NOT ORDER TO GO. Even if you dine in the portions arent good for the price. But it is some very well seasoned, and good tasting food. So I guess sometimes you have to sacrifice.

We come in atleast once a week and the food comes out pretty fast and is always great. Thats the only reason Im giving this a three star. This time I had came in on a Sunday and I get my usual 3 soft shell tacos with a side of rice. I was expecting soft shell tacos, which they were but they were hard all around the edges of my tacos, it was very disappointing. We tell the server about our insident, he says "Im sorry" then takes the plate and puts it in the dish bin. Nothing was done to fix my bad experience, not pleased!

pretty great food here. really really good food. the staff was great. I had been working on a roof all day so I was knocking back those waters pretty quick, and the waiter always kept my cup full. I really appreciate that. however I had to take away 2 stars because there were FLIES EVERYWHERE!!!! and so with that said I think 3 stars is a but much. if management is okay letting to customers see flies everywhere is makes you wonder whats going on back in the kitchen.

We got our seats and I looked at the menu and the menu was overwhelming a little to much foods on the menu. I got a diet Pepsi, and after looking at the gigantic menu I finally choose the burrito California. while I was watching FIFA 2014 our food arrived and I was completely SHOCKED to see a 1-2 lbs burrito in front of my face it was about 1 long and I ate the thing in about 10 minutes. I WILL COME BACK AGAIN 5:5. Very good restaurant.

We used to come here very often, liked the place but this time we waited for like 20 mins, nobody came up to take our order, just two servers asked twice if we were ready. We said yes, hoping somebody will help us soon. There was only one table besides us and servers had no time for us. So we just left... Worse attitude. Never had anything like this before.. Disappointed

Amazing food and ridiculously fast! Even bigger orders only take a few minutes even when they are busy and the food has always been really good! They bring you chips and salsa almost immediately and the atmosphere is nice. The food is great and cannot be beat. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly. It is a gem restaurant hidden at the end of a strip mall.

The usual staff is friendly, but the new staff members could use some additional training. The food is good here, except for the new vendor they are using for hamburgers. The meat was not firm and didnt bind well when heated. I hope they get that taken care of because other wise we enjoy the atmosphere and they have a taco contest and weekly specials as well.

Great food and within blocks of my house. Every Tuesday they have dollar tacos. They have a huge selection of food and we generally call in our order and its ready in 15 minutes. You also get a bag of chips and salsa with your to go order. My only complaint was they were having phone issues and you would have to call several times to get through. Great place.

Im being generous rating this restaurant with one star. Service is slow, even at its off peak. I had ordered the Fiesta taco salad. When it came out to our table, it had an avocado seed right on top of the salad...ok, some people make mistakes...later, a rubber band was found in the same salad. So disgusted with this place. I will not be back.

wife and I stopped in for dinner on Wednesday and we got right in. Drinks were cheap but my wifes marg and fruit flies in it. The food came out quick and was good. It actually is pretty expensive to eat here. We each had 1 drink, a small order of cheese dip and 1 entree and it was over 38 bucks. ill come back for the tall beers.

Myself and 5 other friends came here tonight. Aaron and Leah were very helpful and nice. Although a little small and pricey it was a great experience. They usually do not let you take pictures and have your phones locked away but after 24 hours all photos are available on their website (watermarked but still FREE to share!!!)
