This is the second time we came to eat here. The service was very slow the first time but the food was pretty good so we decided to give it another try. First issue was when my wife ordered her drink they didnt have the ingredients to make it. Oddly enough the first time we went, they didnt have what she wanted either. We then ordered and after 20 min I asked for my salad. The server looked at me and said I will see if its ready. I wondered how long could it take to throw some lettuce on a plate. She came back and said she always forgets about the middle table we were sitting at. Of course I wasnt done before my meal arrived. I ordered chicken. Once I cut into it I noticed it was raw and not just a little. She took it back and 15 min later had a new plate for me. By that time I was Leary about eating it so I didnt touch it. They did give us $20.00 off. But I doubt after two times of slow service and raw chicken we probably wont be back.

Dear Mr. Brad Franklin we are sorry to hear your experience was not 100% at Oak Roads Grille I am especially surprised that you were refused service at 9pm since we are open until 1am on Saturdays. We do take out our own garbage here at Oak Roads, and I apologize that you had to see the Bartender/Manager take out a full bag of trash. We will be more aware of our guests while handling this duty. Based on reviews we went there, Saturday night at 5 pm. About 1/3 full. Service was good, place was clean. Never saw a single employee smile! They all looked like someone had just stepped on their puppy. Two waitresses and bartender - no smiles, no "perkiness" at all. Food - average bar food. Wife and I had two hamburgers with fries and two tap bears. $31.XX! REALLY!?!?! Beers were not big, hamburgers thin and over cooked, fries - nothing special. Our opinion.... Way over priced, below average food, and the employees need to learn how to have some personality! We wont be going back!

Saturday evening at 9pm. Table of six. Three people at the bar. Good food. HORRIBLE SERVICE! We received our food and were just starting to eat when the server told us we had to cash out our bill due to labor cut backs. No one checked on us for over a half hour. The bartender was taking out the trash and asked us if we needed refills with trash in hand. Too bad you lost drink orders, but we could not get served!!!

Have been a pstronbsince it opened in Aug 2014. Good local diner more a grille than a bar, which suits me fine. Agree with the reviewer that a few more veggie options on the menu would be nice. However, they are not the only place that that can be said about. Service has always been first class and, as I still frequent the place after 2 years, the food is good.

We like coming here, great food and experience. However my wife took the kids in for breakfast, the kids wanted juice and we were charged $4.00 each juice x3 so I spent $12,00 on 3 juices. Seems a bit high. My wife spent $50 on breakfast so that wont happen again. We will be going back but will have to look at prices a bit closer.

This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. The cook must have went to a top college cause the food is fa-nominal! The service matches the quality of the food. This is a must try restaurant. Highly recommend the ribs, the BBQ sauce on them is delicious, along with the coleslaw!!

Stopped by while driving by looking for something new enjoyed appetizer and our meals , staff was friendly a little slow with the drinks but all around good food and service .also won on pull tabs we ,only play only 3 times a year we will go back

Have only had breakfast here (eggs benedict) and it was good. Everyone in the group said they enjoyed it. I like that the tables are not on top of each other and crowded. Wait staff was very nice and answer any questions we had.

Great food and even better service! Excellent onion rings and I couldnt have made a better chocolate cake at home; it was delicious! Glad we finally have a restaurant in the neighborhood I WANT to eat at!!

Very friendly staff, but deli ham on a eggs benedict is a no no. If you dont have the ingredients for an eggs benedict, dont offer it.
