HORRIBLE Customer service. My husband and I decided to try this place out even after reading some bad reviews on the service. We went at 8:30 on Sunday to enjoy happy hour as there menu so nicely states, with no date restrictions. We arrive and seat ourselves while the other 4 boys dont move a muscle. We have a man approach us finally and set menus down and tell us first thing, "just so you know we close at 9:30." and walk away. We should have realized what an inconvenience we were to him at this moment and left.....but you know how it is when you are hungry, I did not want to be a snickers commercial ;) We had already looked at home at what we wanted, but regardless he let us sit there for another 5 minutes staring at him on his I-phone at the sushi bar. When he finally comes back we order 3 hot appetizers and 2 sushi rolls. We are already out of the mood for drinks so we order waters. He notifies us there is no happy hour because it is Sunday....huh weird does not say that anywhere else on their site, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. So we just get 2 sushi rolls. We watch him sit back down on his phone, and a different man prepares our rolls. He still has not gotten us waters.....once he brings the sushi out, he realizes we have no water and we are half way done when they come slamming down on our table. Obviously no refill when my husbands is empty. We ate our sushi quickly just to get out of there, which was good, but not good enough to out way this awful server with poor customer service. One of the worst 30 minute experiences of my life and it still cost me 30 bucks......I wish I would say I would be back, but we will continue to go to Osaka or Mt Fuji before returning here again. Good luck if you try to ignore my advice! We should have listened to Tiffany here, as she was just there two weeks ago and encountered the same lazy server.

Hmm...well the positives are that this place was clean and the staff was friendly but not terribly attentive. The spicy crab roll was yummy! We also ordered the hibachi for two which was steak, chicken and shrimp. The soup and salad were good but thats where it ends. While the flavor of the meat and veggies wasnt bad everything was COLd. We cant even say it was lukewarm. The fried rice was the worst part though. No flavor at all (we poured the nearly empty bottle of soy sauce into it just to eat it) and also cold. We were the only people there! How could it be cold? All in all it was just food. No pleasure in eating here. Just a meal. Unless you want a crab roll with some good wasabi, go somewhere else. Sorry...

Well it was a good experience good atmosphere quiet and low lit. Food was good, I had hibachi steak and it came with fried rice which was really good and assortment of vegetables. Also came with a salad and onion soup. Now if I were to compare to Benihana, the salad here is much better then Benihana but the soup is lacking that is for sure. Very large portions and a great deal for the price. My wife had the shrimp and she enjoyed it as well. We got 2 sauces just like at Benihana same kind of set up a ginger sauce and shrimp sauce. The ginger sauce here is better then Benihana but the shrimp sauce needs some work in my book. All in all I would return again and venture around the menu some more!!

A nice little sushi place thats pretty decent in price. The house fried rice is one of my favorites from any sushi place. A casual place that adds a nice variety to the food options near by. I went out with my girlfriend and her family and everything we all got was delicious. Its not the highest class place, but if you want something different this is worth trying out. If youre scared about trying sushi for the first time like I was, go for something simple like a California roll or salmon roll.

I dont know if their aggregate menu is good, but I always get the chicken fried rice each time I visit, and it is very good. One of the waiters is also very impressive. He can memorize the order for a whole family without having to write anything down. I dont know if he has a hidden recorder on him or what. Someday I want to bring in a large team of customers and deliberately try to confuse him, just to test his limits.

Food is Fantastic! I have no complaints about that. We usually go for some sushi rolls but our kids like the hibachi chicken. The only reason I give it 3 stars is that the service is lacking. We always seem to get the same server and he is less to be desired, no personality and always puts off the feeling that it is a burden that we are there. I would give it 5 stars for sure if we had a better waiter experience.

The staff are soooooo nice, the absolute sweetest!!! Ok so the guys are a tad grumpy but the ladies totally compensate...like always the ladies rule, lol. Their happy hour specials are awesome & always accept every coupon I find, expired or not. Im from NY and I know Im completely spoiled with amazing food from all cuisines. Ginza is by far the best sushi Ive had since I got to MN in November. #ginza #thebombdotcom

I love sushi. I frequent sushi resturaunts often. This place has the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed. Im not going to waste my time any further on this place. Nor writing this review. Customer service and a positive atmosphere is everything. If you dont want to be friendly, work elsewhere. K thanks.

Food was good. Fried rice was pretty decent. Hibachi steak was better than the chicken, but the chicken was very tasty as well. I would say over all food is better than Bennihana(?), especially seeing as it is half the price. Sushi was also good. Very clean inside, kind service. Would definitely recommend.

This place is awesome, the food is great and happy hour is a really good deal. The lunch specials are very cheap as well. The mopey guy just adds to the experience, so what if he doesnt ask how youre grandmothers trip to wisconsin went. He gets straight to the point and gets you what you want, good food.

Benihana used to be one of my favorite hibachi & sushi places, however my wallet did not love it! Great selection of sushi, even more then at benihana & they even have a great happy hour specials! Prices are great & so is the staff! Tried it on a whim one night & now its one of my favorite places to eat!

Our first visit here. Lots of sushi selection. Other types of food too but it is a sushi place. The sushi was fres and presenation was good. I am not a sushi connoisseur but i am fine with eating it and can enjoy it too. We did get sushi and i enjoyed it. Also some kobe beef.

This was my husband and my first venture to try sushi and we come back at least once a month. We sometimes try other places but nothing beats Ginza! Love their sushi selection and we love their steak noodles. Not to mention we always experience great service.
