First call at 11:10 am- No answer. figured they were late opening as they open at 11Am. Three calls later I was able to put in a delivery order for our office- Lunch for 4. The guy on the phone kept referring to me as Baby. I asked if we could pay with a credit card, the man asked me to call back in five minutes . I took me 3 more times to get him on the phone. we waited another hour and a half , then called them back as two of the people who ordered were leaving the office. after a total of twenty minutes sitting on hold, the man says he just left. we wait another 20 minutes and he arrives with food but missing items that we had paid for. I call them back , three more times, finally get someone and tell them to deliver the rest of the order. If your expecting service faster than next year or anyone to answer the phone- dont go here! Absolutely ridiculous! By the way we are located less than a mile from this place.

The food is pretty good first off. But I would like to say that most of the employees are very rude. They never greet you, they rush you, and when they give you your order, when you say thank you, they dont say your welcome or have a nice day. When you ask for delivery, they take a very long time to give you your food (45 minutes). One time this guy delivered our food and he had Cheetos power all over his mouth and shirt. It was sooo gross. He should knew better to serve us like that. Its unprofessional. When I said thank yo for the food he just looked at me like he had a problem with me. The food is pretty good guys, its just that they have bad customer service. But some employees are really nice though :).

I ordered chicken and 3 fries. when they got here we only got 1. we called them back. they said "we did not hear 3 orders of fries" when i clearly ordered 3 fries. they robbed us 10 bucks the total was 26 and we gave them 36. HORRBLE SERVICE! My dad is thinking of posting this in the news paper, A&J so bring up your service

love their steak and cheese sandwiches! been eating them for years. the one time I had something delivered, it was suuuuper late and cold when arrived. I was sad about that. The service is sometimes fine, and sometimes they are slow, but I dont care cos I love the sandwiches! hahah.

A great place to pick up a bite to eat. Not a good place to be dining in but has tables inside if wanting to. Its meant more for picking up an order and go. Delicious food that I would recommend to others. One of my favorite place from around the neighborhood.

We love this place and order for delivery from here regularly. Burgers, shrimp, fish, chicken are all great, and its fun to try the gizzards and mushrooms too. Has become a regular spot for us and is reasonably priced too.

Pretty good food i only had trouble with the food one time the chicken was not that good because it was not seasoned real good but other then that i would tell people thats in or work for the hospital they have good food.

DELICIOUS! Cheap. Unfortunately, their customer service is awful. Never order delivery unless you expect to wait. I wish I could give this place five stars because its truly a treat everytime.

Great atmosphere and very welcoming staff. Compared phones while food was being cooked is how casual and welcoming everyone there is. Oh and the food is truly f-amazing. (Pardon my French.)
