Drove through and ordered a chicken strip MEAL, when we drove off, realized it was a chicken and biscuit sandwitch. My daughter went back in to exchange it and no one cared to even ecknowledge that she was even there. A manager named Carolyn, whom had an attitude finially waited on her, and acted like it was her problem that they had to get her something else. Then glared as she handed me the food. Two days later, we drove through drive through and i asked for my chicken crispy crispy, and she rudely said "we can only make it so much to a crisp" and acted like she could have cared less if she waited on us. We ordered 3 meals, but only received two meals and fries and a pop, but no chicken to go with the meal. When we came in to tell her, the lady whom worked at window Somewhat older woman with dark hair,( 40ish)said i dont remember giving them a meal.,, very rude like, and I said what do u mean, u gave me the pop, and fries to the meal, just not the chicken. Then she acted like we were criminals and said well wheres your receit, very rude!! When THEY screwed up, but yet treated us so rude. Whats sad is,,,The leaders their, (the older ones) ARE THE WORST!!! The service has gotton terrible here!!!! And i get ahold of the Owner and left a message anout it, but he has never returned my message. It matters WHO YOU ARE at this place,,,, on how they treat u!!!!! Poor, poor example of what i call Christianity,, at this place!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!I am not sure what has happened here, but the service is getting horrible!!!! And a couple lead people as in Carolyn, and Danielle and another woman about 40 years old, (dark hair) should not be working here. Their customer service is horrible!!! They are very rude!!!! And I beleive i seen another review on here about Carolyns attitude, so it looks like I guess I am not the only one. I will say they have a few young workers that are very polite, Grace, and Thomas, Abigail, I beleive her name was. But its sad that its the OLDER ONES, that are horrible and setting bad examples for the younger ones!!! And they are also Managers or leads!!!!

Being from the south and loving CFAs breakfast, I can say the AM shift needs more training. We have given this location at least 6 tries and every time has been messed up. Today was the last chance for us to go have breakfast there. They need to learn how to make proper biscuits and gravy (go to bloomingtons location if you want this) and they need to learn to check the items in the bag prior to giving the bag to the customers. 5 of the 6 times our order has been wrong. They are getting 3 stars only because theyre good at lunch and dinner.

Last time I came in here with a friend, we had waited 20 minutes for our food that had been "bumped off the screen before it was given to us. The drive thru was busy but the inside djdnf seem too busy. Not sure what had taken so long and why our food was missed. We didnt seem to be the only ones who were waiting for a long time for food, as there were three other people in front of us waiting. The manager was nice and gave us free breakfast coupons for our wait.

Im a regular customer here, and the employees are very friendly, but they mess up my order in some way or another just about every time I go there. They give me the wrong food, Im missing something, it takes 15 minutes to make my milkshake, etc... They are always nice about it, but being an employee at fast food myself, I know how much accuracy and service time matters. If it werent for those issues Id give them 5 stars.

Southern hospitality, mechanized taste. The service is almost unnervingly stellar for a fast food chain, only thing is, the foods cot hat great. Ive been there several times now, and gave never had a "good" meal. Something always tastes...off, and the buns practically disintegrate while still in the wrapper. Good aside, their service is AMAZING, 3 stars for the service, 1.5 for the food...

I do not understand what the hype is about this place. The food is quite frankly terrible. The chicken strips at this location were mostly batter/breading and were way over cooked. Staff is always friendly at the drive through, but their attitude changes quick when you go in to complain about the burned food. Will never be returning to this joke of a restaurant again....

Brought my friends here since they had never tried chick fil a and were from out of town. Food was soggy and obviously sitting in the bag for way too long we actually poured a puddle of grease out of the bag. Service was polite yet still somehow awful, messed up our order 3 times and after the 3rd we decided to leave barely eating anything. Shouldve asked for a refund.

My husband and I were so excited to have a Chick-fil-A finally come to our area in Minnesota. Every time we go shopping in Burnsville we stop in for lunch or supper. We even stopped in one morning before the chicken strips were being served and they made them for us. Bonus, Chick-fil-A employs the friendliest workforce...service with a smile is back :) Nancy

Great experience at this Chick-fil-A. The sandwich was good as always, but fries were fresher than Ive had before at other locations. Lines were short and my food was ready before I even picked out a table! A kind woman was walking around sweeping floors and chatting with customers, but was also offering to refill drinks. I was pleasantly surprised by this!

"My pleasure!" I am guarantee you wont leave this place without hearing it from the staff. The atmosphere here is warm with some modern finishes. The food here is great along with the choice seats in the restaurant and outside patio. You can tell this location is involved in the community as they post on the board events going on.

First time for breakfast, had been there 2 times before for lunch. All 3 times the food was great and the staff was outgoing and very friendly and helpful. Ive been to this location on several occasions. The food always comes out fast, fresh, and delicious. The friendly staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and make sure you have an excellent dining or drive thru experience.!!if you are searching for a quick tasty meal-look no further!
