Had a great experience for my first time ever having the legendary Chick Fil-A. I got the spicy chicken combo. Food was good, service was excellent and fast. One problem; I asked the young man at the counter what oil was used for the fries. He told me filtered peanut oil. I explained that I was allergic to peanuts and needed to substitute another side. He explained to me that the oil was so filtered that me having a reaction should not be a factor. I still replaced fries, but my daughter got them. Id never heard that explanation before and my curiosity got the better of me, so I tried a small piece of my daughters fries. It took about 15 minutes before I showed symptoms of a reaction but when it came, it was strong. Especially considering such a small piece. Now that I think about it, filtration may purify and make it more potent, not less. Im a grown man and I accept responsibility for listening to a kid, but a kid should not be giving out this kind of advice in the first place. His response was well rehearsed and quick, so this wasnt the first time hes told someone that. Now I have to spend the next two days fighting this off. Grrr! Remove that from the training manual, if thats company based and lets hope a visit to Urgent Care is not in my future tonight.

This incident happened last week. I went in there for a bite to eat. The clerk told me that it was going to be a 5 minute wait. I was fine with that. That 5 minutes turned to 15 minutes. When I went to complain, the manager and clerk were utterly rude to me. They were blaming me for the situation. When I finally got the food, I opened up the bag. I saw it wasnt at all what I ordered. I had to exchange it for the correct order. Again, the manager and clerk gave me a bad attitude. It took an additional 5 minutes to get the correct order. When they gave it to me, yet again the people were rude. I stormed out of there because I couldnt take it anymore. I opened up the bag in my car. It was what I ordered, but the food was cold. Also, the sandwich had a few hairs in it. By this time, I had no choice but to throw the food away because I refused to get sick. That was a waste of my time and my $5.

I have never been disappointed by the food at this location. It always has been superb. What sets thus location different from anywhere else is the service. The staff are fast, efficient, and customer service orientated. The manager is by far one of the best I have seen. Truly geninue. He greated us right away, had a good sense if humor, and while we were finished with our foods he asked to refill our beverages. When he left he even said goodbye to us. This place feels like a place I would go back to for the envirnoment, ofcourse having great food too, what more can we ask for. I would highly recommend going here. This manager should be a trainer and role model for all locations. We will be back soon!

I had such a wonderful experience with the staff and management of this Chick-fil-A! I work for a local staffing and recruiting company and we were hosting an event a few weeks ago. I accidentally called Chick-fil-A in Bloomington, IN and made the order. When I went to pick it up, I realized my huge mistake. But no worries - Chick-fil-A to the rescue! The management and staff helped me get food for 50-60 people ready within 15 minutes flat AND they helped me bring it to my car. It was truly amazing and they were SO KIND! Not to mention, Chick-fil-A in Bloomington, IN was very understanding and refunded my company for the entire amount. It truly doesnt get better than that! Thank you, Chick-fil-A!

Best fast food experience around. 5/5 easy stars for Fast Food category in SW MPLS metro. - Food - Chick Fil A is the "Chipotle" of fast food. A little more expensive than youre typical fast food options but the quality is immensely better and tastier. - Service - Staff at this location are amazing, super friendly, fast service. Its ALWAYS busy here but dont let that turn you away - theyre quick. Two drive thru windows for a fast moving drive thru. - Inside eating - Fast service, unreal nice employees, help you find tables, make sure your food is to your standard, etc.

the customer service is always top notch at CfA. On my last visit to this location it was incredibly busy (lunch time on Labor Day). But the employees were calm and on top of everything. Every table was full and each register had a full line - but they kept things going great. The tables were wiped as soon as vacated and dinning room employees still filled our drinks and got us anything we needed during our meal. Great job!!! And if you havent been to CfA before - the food is great, the chicken is amazing quality and oh so tasty!

Wow. Seriously. I am blown away by the customer service at this store. We were greeted by the manager as we entered, he also opened the door for us and asked how we were doing. Every single person had a smile on their face, very welcoming and kind but not fake. Specifically, Pierce, the cashier was amazing, asked genuinely how we were and seemed interested in our day. I dont usually write reviews, especially for fast food places but this place was outstanding. Plus, the food was delicious -- very fresh and full of flavor.

Ive probably been to a million fast food places. This was the first time Id been to a Chick-fil-A in probably a decade. The food was good, but the service was unbelievably great. Someone actually came by to ask if I wanted a refill, and then held the door as I walked out. Shockingly outstanding service for a fast food place. You just dont see that any more. Oh, the chicken sandwiches I had were also really good, as was the fries.

This the the best fried chicken sandwich around, no one else can compare. The GM at this location is out of this world helpful and friendly - 75% of the time I stop in he greets my group or finds a way to help us with something. Its ALWAYS packed here at lunch but they do fly through orders so its no big deal. I deducted one point as its annoying they are closed on Sundays and also how involved they are in politics.

Awesome experience! !My first time there. It was lunchtime. The parking lot was packed. The drive thru line was long. I went inside. There were 4 registers open. There was no chaos. Everyone was doing their job effecently. There were maybe 2 people in each line. The dining area was very clean. A very cheery pleasant atmosphere . The food was suprisingly good for fast food.I cant wait till theres one in my area

I am always amazed at the level of service and quality of workers at this Chick-fil-A location. They are unparalleled in the fast food world. As I have come to expect the food is delicious and hot and quickly served. Workers went out of their way to come over and check on us and ensure that our drinks for filled and our food met our expectations. These guys are well-trained do a fantastic job. Five stars!
