Nooooo way! Never again am I going here. I pulled up and they took my order and said it would be eight mins for my food. After I paid I saw the person in the car behind me drive past and flick the woman in the drive threw window off. She then told me to drive over to the door and wait for the food. So I drive around to the front door to wait. After a while she came out and stood there holding the food up high and said "WRONG DOOR! I DONT HAVE TIME TO RUN AROUND LOOKING FOR CARS"... Yeah, I swear if my kid wasnt in the car. All I have to say to that woman who walked back into the store scratching her ass with the gloves still on is, thats why Im where I am and youre stuck where you are.

The service was awful. There were 3 cars in the drive thru, including myself, and all 3 of us were asked to pull over and wait for our food. They had delivered the wrong order to me as well...luckily I caught it in time. After waiting over 20 minutes, i was on my way into the store to ask for my money back when the drive thru worker came out with my food. I told her that i was on my way in to get a refund. She started mouthing off at me saying that the chicken just came out and that theyre not going to serve raw chicken. I dont care the excuse, you dont treat customers that way. Ive never been so disrespected at a restaurant before. I will never be back.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Ordered 2 one piece breast deals for $2.99 to go and received 2 two piece deals, thigh and leg but didnt discover until getting back. Called to see if they could fix and they were going to give us credit for another 2 breast deals when I returned with the receipt. I told the woman I could not come back the same day. She starts arguing with me about whether or not the coupon I gave her was for the breast deal. It clearly was, the receipt said 2 one piece deals. She kept putting me on hold, I assume to wait on other customers until I finally hung up. Never going back.

After waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru for "fresh" wedges with my combo, i go inside and they claim they forgot my order. I go back to my vehicle and continue to wait another 10 minutes when I received my order. For the inconvenience they gave me a free chocolate cake that I didnt ask for because im alergic to chocolate. To top it off the food was cold and our famous bowl had soggy cold chicken in it. Even the pepsi we ordered was a dr pepper... never going here again and would not recommend it.

Service was terrible. Management was not too be found. Lunch rush & nothing was ready. They were basically cooking to order. Chicken! Told us 15 minute wait, no problem we arent working today no where to be. 25 minutes later we checked on order and they got it to us. No sorries. Then 10 minutes later they brought it out again. When we left they had no one inside only one in drivethru. But I over heard them say popcorn chicken would be 25 minute wait! Good hot food but dont be in a hurry.

Me and my kids are a huge chicken eaters we love KFC I went for the Family 12 pieces pocket it was around 5:30 PM no Grilled Chicken breast they the Sign for the new Louisiana Spicy Chicken is outside but they said they are out when I asked for the potatoes salad they are out. I went to pay and I saw these female long hair touching the chicken inside the box I couldnt take the food is lost 30$ for nothing dirty and disgusting

Garbage... stopped for lunch, my Pepsi was "cherry flavoered bleach tasting carbonated water" my chicken bowl chicken was soggy, and the other parts were hard as a rock.. the 3 chicken strips i got were so bad you could tell they been in the heat lamp since 9am... worst junk i tasted i threw 90% of it away.. i ate the cookie! Ended up going to popbelly subs.. been trying to call since 1230.. no answer at all!

To start off the staff was very rude. Secondly we waited first in line for around ten minutes due to staff doing who knows what in back. It very very long to get service and then very long to get out food. We were in the kfc for over 25 minutes before getting our food. Also at the counter to order the sticky tiles are coming off and missing and it looks disgusting. Will not be coming back here ever again.

This was by far the worst fast food experience Ive ever had. Im not the kind of person who writes bad reviews about places but I had to for this one. Its absurd to think that I waited for 20 minutes in front of two people and never got to order. I left. I couldnt take the lack of efficient service. I will never go to this location again. Absolutely horrid.

This particular location is the worst. Always has been spotty service. The inside is disgusting, not a clean table in there!! The (woman?) in the drivethru window had both cheeks stuffed full of food and could hardly talk when talking my order. Then had a 10+ minute wait for my food. Poor use my lunchbreak. What a joke.

I spent about half the night in the bathroom as I ate coleslaw from this store. When I opened the container, it was like I opened a shook up beer. And now, Betty just informed me that she is experiencing the same problem. Good Lord, DONT EAT THE COLESLAW. Montazumas revenge is RAMPANT!!!!!!!!

They had no food ready when we came in. The lady asked us for here or to go and we chose to eat in. We ordered mac n cheese and potatoes..... they had no forks or spoons!!!!! Why wouldnt you warn us before we ordered?? Every customer that came in after us had an issue.. wont be going back!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Drive to the Blaine location if you have to have KFC. This location has always had spotty service, but tonight was the last straw. I had high hopes with the remodel that service would improve. I was wrong. Maybe Chick Fil A will put this location out of its misery.

Ordered mashed potatoes. Waited for 15 mintues while I watched all of the employees out back smoking what I can only imagine to be pot. Finally when they walked my potatoes out to me, it was in a very small container that had less than 1/2 cup of potatoes in it, which I paid over $3 for!

The MOST ghetto workers ever. You are out of corn so I cant get a small corn...but some how you have corn for mashed potato bowls?!?? Again, horrible! Drove all the way to the Blaine location at 9:30 at night just to not have to deal with them. Never again, it should have stayed closed.

I was very upset that I wasted my money. The food tasted like it was from yesterday. Biscuits hard as a rock, coleslaw soggy, potatoes were cold and chicken cold and hard. Never going back. Giving my business to a different kfc. How is this place still open?????
