The employee who opens at this store is terrible and should be fired immediately. I came to this location a few days ago at 915am and the store was open and all set up to serve customers, the doors unlocked and everything. I walked in and there were no employees there at all. No one in the back or in the bathroom. I waited for over 10 minutes in the lobby, called out several times to see if anyone was in the back, even called the stores phone while standing in the lobby. Eventually I gave up and went to the nearest subway to report the incident. That subway called the franchise owner to have him go check on the empty store. After leaving this subway I drove by the empty one to see if there was anyone there now. And there was an employee behind the counter. I returned to this subway today for breakfast and it was the same employee. He looked pissed off when I walked in, didnt say hi, didnt ask me what I wanted. I told him I wanted a chicken breast sandwich and asked him if he could add the egg to it. He just said "no." I said "You dont have it?" Then he yelled "no!" I said "isnt that the point of a breakfast sandwich? The egg?" Then he really got nasty "I dont have it, Im waiting for my truck!" I was so irritated that I told him I didnt want the sandwich and I left. This subway is the closest to my home and I want to continue eating there but twice this week Ive come here and not been served. This employee has to be fired!

Very Terrible experience. My girlfriend went into subway today to order a sandwich for lunch and the service was horrible. They only gave her three slices of cheese instead of four (I work at subway so we know how a sandwich should be made.), she asked for light onions on half the sandwich and got a very heavy amount put on, enough for the whole sandwich. The cucumbers were sliced super thin, all broken and parshly frozen. When having the veggies put on her sandwich the sandwich artist was just throwing the veggies on not caring if the sandwich looked nice or everything is evenly distributed on the sandwich. Theyre customer service was ridiculously terrible.

Terrible veggies. Also felt like there is a lot of dislike for white people in there. Been working in the area and get that cold shoulder behavior every time I go in there. No "hellos" or "thank yous" coming out of that place if your white. Maybe have to find a different, more diverse subway.

So impressed with the customer service! Went there with an order of 20 sandwiches and they were nothing but kind and helpful, not only to us, but everyone else that came in while they were finishing our order!

1/2013 You get yesterdays vegetables/meats on your sandwich....dont believe me? Just look at the tomatoes. Eat fresh? I dont think so. 11/2013 - still using nasty tomatoes.
