Im here eating and I pull a piece of hair off my chicken (gross right) well I take it up to the counter and the manager is rude as hell and asks what can she do well youre a mgr what do you do? I get a different piece of chicken and go back to eat my son pulls a piece of hair out of his mouth with chicken so of course I take it back up there and of course theyre freaking bi***es.. Like I planted the food.. Umm seriously? I think not! We had 2 pieces if chicken out of the same batch with hair like gross! Then theyre freaking rude like no customer service skills at all! Evidently this place is nasty Im definitely going to call corporate about this.. They didnt even apologize

My fiance had worked here a week and a half then they tell him not to Come to work until he has black nonskid shoes. He tells them he wont be able to get them til he gets his first check and they tell him thats fine. Well when its time to pick up his first check, guess what? No record of him ever working there and say its a system error. And a month later they still havent paid him!!! And the thing is, hes not the first person with this problem. I know a few other people too and its bullshit they treat people this way and get away with it!

Never have any complaints about the food, but today there was a lady working there and she was giving all of the customers their napkins utensils Etc. But then she took your drink cups to get your drinks for you which is a very nice gesture, but I would just prefer to handle my own drinks and the lids myself. I dont particularly like people I dont know putting their hands all over things that I have to eat or drink out of when its not necessary. That is the only reason I gave three stars.

I waited for a long time for my food and after I got back with it, I discovered that the fish was not cooked all the way thru. The biscuit was great and tasted fresh but there was no butter with it. I got mashed potatoes and gravy and the order was to go but there were no utensils. Good thing I had my own. They were not busy but I waited forever for my food which was high priced and improperly cooked. Not a great first impression.

The website states that this restaurant opens at 10am. After waiting a while for them to open at 10:30, I asked the server if she knew the website was incorrect. She said that it clearly said 10:30 all over the windows, like thus was somehow my fault. I explained I checked the hours from home, not by circling the store.

Well me and my family went their Saturday 11th and got a 12 piece family meal half and half spicy and regular and they gave us all regular so I called and they took my name down and tonight I went in their and they only gave me a 3 peice and messed up agin they gave me original instead of spicy

Will not be coming back here, was only one person in line, had to"pull forward for 2 minutes" ended up being 20 minutes, at that point Id rather have just been refunded. Cashier name was kyria and she had a seriously bad attitude.

Because I havent tasted chicken so good and the people were really nice. I bought 48 pieces chicken and it only took 20 minutes and when u think about it I couldnt cook it that fast. So all around I think they did good.

Service was slow and we had to wait for a while for food. The clerk that took the order did not acnowledge a military discount request. This was probably the first Popeyes That I have been to that didnt.

Popeyes has some of the best fried chicken, hands down. The biscuits are usually some of the best as well, and the sides are excellent. The price is about what you would expect, but more than worth it.
