I would like to start by saying I am a past employee at this location, this is what happens behind the line and what you dont see. First of all it has become "normal" for us to dip bread and bacon in all the soups and eat it, which causes cross contamination and very unsanitary conditions. We have vegetarian and gluten free soups but thats not even valid from all the times we dip bread and bacon in them. There has also been many occasions where we have dropped baguettes and bread bowls and we end up just putting them back and continue to serve them to the customers. Management at this location is very poor, our General Manager is only there in the mornings so it makes it hard for her (Anne) to realize what is going on in the afternoons and at night time. We also never had enough employees to work at night so when you come in from 7-9 expect it to be in the store from 15-30 minutes waiting for your order. We also break down line at about 7:30 to 8:00 so if you come in from 7:30-9:00 expect to have your FOOD SCOOPED BY OUR HANDS :( , gross right! I have also eaten food here many times and I can tell you it is not anything special and it is way over priced, the portions vary in size a lot at this location, our avocados are always brown and gross, your cheese will have chunks of meat that has been accidentally dropped in it, your salad dressing is most likely mixed with traces of pineapple, cheese, peppers, onions, anything that is able to be dropped into it. This is the worst location I have ever been to and would not recommend it to ANYONE!

Good food, bad service. The woman working the register rolled her eyes a few times at the customer in front of me and her body language when I approached just showed that she didnt want to be there. Then when waiting for my food the man "checking" the food signed off on the receipt on my plate and just pushed it to the side. I stepped up to look to see what was on the plate, noticed it was what I ordered and it had my name on the ticket so I took it. (I could be wrong, but I thought the point of the guy slouching over the counter signing off on tickets was to make sure the plates had the correct items and to make sure your plate and the product on it looked good before sending it out. My sandwich looked like it was tossed together and thrown on the plate. Good thing it had toothpicks to keep it somewhat secure!) Took a seat, started eating, and a few minutes later the same man that was checking orders came over to me and asked me if I had a "number or anything". I told him that I was given a receipt and he just walked off. It would be nice if all the Panera restaurants have the same process!!! The one I usually go to and a few others I have visited give you a number, buzzer, or call out your name and they either deliver to your table, call your number, or call or name.

This is the worst Panera I have been to. I ordered the Southwest salad, no chicken, as I dont eat meat. Imagine my shock when I get about 3/4 of the way through my salad to discover chicken in it! I brought it to the kitchen manager, and instead of a kind apology, she started making excuses as to why there is chicken in the salad that I specified no chicken, it even showed on the receipt. She fumbled around with her words, telling me that when a salad is tossed, its hard to tell if theres chicken in it. I was absolutely floored. I said you MAKE the salads right here, right? So you can choose what ingredients to leave out upon request. I get that mistakes happen, but to make excuses and not apologize and make it right is where I draw the line. I wont be back to this Panera EVER.

I used the Apple Valley Panera for catering a Christmas party yesterday and I was Super Impressed. Ive been to this location before and service was ok but the catering people yesterday were top notch. I asked to pick up my order at 10am is was on a cart ready to go at 9:50. I ordered Hot Coco as part of my order not only was that ready on time they had all the cups, cup collars, napkins, hand made marshmallows and cans of whip cream for topping in the bag to. I also had brownies and cookies in the order. They were fresh and came with plates and napkins and serving forks. Lastly the price was great. I had called around and they were the best price in town. Thanks for making my party go smooth Panera. You won back this customer for a long time.

First off this review is not reflective of the establishment itself regarding its food or service quality. I went to this location as my first time to a Panera Bread as my SCORE mentor suggested we go. Somewhere in the course of our meeting someone opened up her purse and stole her wallet. The thief(s) then went next door to Target and tried to buy thousands of dollars worth of gift cards. Again I cant hold the establishment responsible, but it did ruin my experience there and lead to my mentor not wanting to help me anymore.

Crappy experience with the apple valley panera... apparently they dont like to make money until they close at 9pm because my 50$ order was turned down 20 mins to 9pm because as she put it, it was too much to make so close to closing and there wasnt enough time for me to pick it up... even though I live 5 minutes away... she continued to procrastinate my ooder ensuring I wouldnt have enough time to drive there to walk in and basically force them to make my order... smh panera you have two very irritated customers...

I placed an rapid pick up online order with 3 soups. I received 3 rolls and 2 soups. I didnt check before I left the store, because I assumed it had already been checked before being placed on the shelf. I didnt notice the soup was missing until I got home. I called the store and made the selection to speak to the manager in the touch tone menu. The call rang once, someone picked up and hung up the phone. This was not during a busy time.2:55pm. Between meals. Not okay. Not a pleasant experience.

My daughter went to Panera last night around 630pm ordered French onion soup to go and it had no croutons. Tonight I stopped in, ordered French onion soup and a sandwhich to go. Before I left with my food I checked for croutons and there were none. Also, no cheese in my soup. Normally its a good experience but these last two times have not been the best. June 4th and 5th, 2013.

Used the rapid order and was missing items that were on the receipt. Didnt notice till I was home. Called to talk to a manager and was put into a loop of no answer. Finally got a hold of someone who apologized and offered a refund and gift card. Still have not received either and its been 3 weeks. Poor service will never go to another Panera again.

Ordered online with my Android phone. Upon review of my order of Pick-2, I had 2 instead of one ordered drink, 2 bowls of soup instead of the one I ordered. I removed the 2 extra items and indicated my table number as #6. Result: waiter couldnt find my table. Gave me 2 bowls of soup and no drink. Da? I think Panara Bread is slipping.
