The Deli is absolutely disgusting, I mean FOUL... I went at 12:30 in the afternoon, and most sections of the steam table were empty. The mac & cheese was a dark orange rubberized mass, the fried chicken was basically petrified from being overcooked, and there was some kind of enchilada-type "food" that was flat and dried out. It looked they had been run over by a car and sitting on the pavement in the hot sun for a couple days. In usual Cub style, I was ignored by every employee I crossed paths with. Cub really has complete disdain for their customers. Its clear that they have completely given up, with that stores like Target and Hy-Vee providing a superior product and customer experience in Minnesota.

Horrible experience. If you are a single person or buying very small amount of groceries...you may be ok. Always out of sale items. Fruits and vegetables are borderline fresh. Cashiers are rude. They will make sure you feel stupid if buying a full cart...making sure you know you are "inconveniencing" them and other patrons. Where has customer service gone... how about an once of grace for a hard working mom who takes a day off to take care of her family? When I do my "major pantry fill" every 6 weeks it wont be here! Worst experience ever! It is clear they dont value families and large sales for their company.

Big Bakery, Great Meat and Fish dept. produce is solid with some nice high-end cheese and meats at the deli/take-out counter, which actually has superb fried chicken, they also have pizza and a few other ready-to-go items. decent pharmacy section, attached liquor store is small but nice selection of wines and a walk in beer cooler. a decent foreign foods section (1.5 aisles) including bulk rice and some hard to find select items. they added some self checkout lanes recently for the shopper who is in a hurry. location has an in-store TCF bank branch.

Getting really tired of the long lines, and general lousy customer service. The last 2 times I have been in there, the cashiers dont even respond to my hi! They are sullen, and harried looking. No thank you at the end of the transaction. I have been to the Silver Lake Road store and the Blaine store as well. I always get greeted and a thank you most times. Whats up with this Arden Hills store?

As others have said before in these reviews, long lines are an issue. I asked a cashier if they could call for help as 2 lanes were open with 7 carts in each line. I was told that they are not allowed to per management. They want customers to use self checkout. The self checkouts were all busy. Cub needs to realize they have a lot of competition and this isnt the way to keep customers.

I was in the store and dropped my tab renewal for my car. Two days later someone had mailed it to my home. The employee who sent it went above and beyond, all the employees I see early in the morning are very helpful and friendly and the store is always neat and clean. Great bakery too! Thank you

Ive been shopping here since they opened and love the way Im treated every time. Everything is easy to find, and the employees are helpful for everything from finding an item, to using the pharmacy, to checking out. Also, they have a partnership with Holiday for gas rewards!

This is my home store with good selection, clerks, and an attached liquor store. Decent access from both side of the store or back-road to Snelling and 694. I find it easier for a quick shopping than Target even though they have self checkout also.

We keep finding expired products on the shelf, salad dressing, salsa...it was nasty to find mold growing on my "new" salsa. We were able to return it, but it is inconvenient. Check the dates on you food before you take them home.

Place is always out of things. Recently went there for yogurt and even though they were restocking at the time, they were out of the kind I usually get. They sell a lot of "hippie pudding" as the clerk who was restocking put it.

I went to this Cub for four years before I moved this summer and find myself really missing it. It has the best layout out of any Cub I have been to and I also enjoyed the workers and customer service there very much.

I always have a great experience in this grocery store. But I just called and asked the question about when the bank in the grocery store closes. And the lady on the phone is extremely rude.
