I dont even know where to begin. I dont normally leave reviews, but this time, this really got to me... It was around 11 oclock. My friend and I just got off work and went to cub to grab a snack.. We are both teenagers, but were mature and respectful. We walked in the store, talking amongst ourselves quietly but this is where things go bad... We noticed these two older employees... We figure out that these two employees were watching our ever move.. This made us really uncomfortable. Keep in mind that we were just walking through the store, looking for food. Not creating a scene or anything. One of the employees (named either Sharron or Shannon) then approached us. She stopped us while we were looking for food and accused us right off the bat of being suspicious.. We politely told her that we just got off work and was looking for something to eat. She would not listen to us and proceeded to follow us around and listen to our conversations.. These conversations were fairly private between my friend and I and it was EXTREMELY rude of her to be listening to us.. She even was butting in with her own comments on OUR conversation... This is where we gave up.. We were really offended that she was profiling us like this so we just grabbed a soda and went to the self checkout.. She then even commented on our purchases and told us she would call the cops... Why? We were respectful, paying customers... This was unacceptable and will be in contact with the store manager tomorrow

I work a late shift and i do my grocery shopping after work. On 8/4/17, 2am. I stood at the checkout for what seemed to be forever with no one in sight. Seedless grapes were not ringing up which needed a employee login. Long story short I had approximately $100 of groceries to be paid for. If it wasnt for the fact that another customer seen me waiting and grabbed the employees stocking shelves Im sure I would have waited for hours to pay for my groceries. Yes, i could of gone to find someone, but why not hold out and wait to see if our casher has abandoned her post or stepped away to help someone. Lets be patient i said to my self. When she returned, she did not even apologize for the wait or look at me. Such unsatisfactory work performance by this individual. I like Cub and will continue to shop but matters like this will get swept under a rug. Shame the employees down the aisle took responsibility for her shortcomings and apologize for her. What would you have done? Walk away and not pay or take it and go? A testament to ones true character.

I have shopped at this Cub Foods location since it opened. I have often been frustrated by the lack of check out options and was excited when they opened 4 self serve aisles. This is one of three grocery shopping options available within 2 miles of my home. 1 of two 24 hour options. Even though this is the closest I will take the extra time to drive farther. The customer service seems non-existant at times. Unacceptable. I would recommend you take a couple extra minutes and drive to the nearby HyVee.

I like the upgrades to the Cub Store in Rosemount - even tho its a challenge finding items. But everyone was very helpful w a request. However I find the checkout counter I went to last night was downright gross. I mentioned it to both the cashier and customer service counter. They both responded it just too busy to take time to wipe it off. It look very unhealthy to me. Id feel the same at restaurant. Please clean the checkout areas!

Twice now the bakery has come through for us with custom decorated birthday cakes. For the last two years my daughter had a theme that I couldn’t find a cake for with any of the local bakeries normal selections. Dropped off some example pics of the general idea and the bakery staff nailed it. Thanks Cub Bakery staff!!

wow have been buying food from cub since they opened back when they bought out i think knowlans? some of the same people that are still there never had a problem always helpfull crew good products .go somewhere else if you want pampering . then i dont have to shop with YOU. .........GO CUB

My go-to place most of the time - there have been many improvements lately including expanded deli offerings and reorganization of inventory that makes more sense. Sure - it gets busy at peak hours but the staff make good effort to open new lanes and provide help as they are able.

24 hrs, good prices, and decent selection--but its often dirty you will almost ALWAYS wait for an open check-out lane. Its a shame because I would prefer to support a Minnesota company.
