One of the worst experiences I have had at a cold stone. They were so worried about making everyones that you got your ice cream way before you paid and then I could have walked out without paying. I had to stand at the cash register and wait for one of the 4 workers to finally ask if I had paid yet. They also didnt ask anyone if they wanted it to go or not so when everyone got to the end of the line they were trying to shove lids on and making a mess which adding time to everyone waiting in line. Definitely could use some more training.

the main staff served me well and in a timely manner for the insane conditions of that night, but i saw some older gentlemen standing in the back just standing there doing nothing and they could have easily helped them push the line through but they just stood there talking. Other than that the icecream was good and the staff was great. I gave them a tip

Birthday cake remix! All lovin-no oven! These are a few of my favorite things!!! This Coldstone is fairly small , but decent size. Few tables to eat if you want to enjoy in house. Has always been clean inside. Lots of choices and competitively priced. The only drawback is size. Bigger venue, deff would be 5 stars!

The young man working this evening had without a doubt the worst customer service Ive ever encountered, at any cold stone location. I was embarrassed, and felt like I had ruined his day. I dont know why. I will continue going to cold stone just absolutely avoid this young man and his attitude.

The personnel is rude and incompetent. Cold Stone, if you have to hire teens for minimal wages, please pick ones whose parents took time to teach them manners. And please provide better customer service training. Ive been to other Cold Stone stores and the experience was much happier.

Hannah had the singing voice of an angle. Her charisma and helpful ice cream making abilities make her customer of the year in my eyes! I only go when she is there, she makes my day a million times better. Coldstone rocks because Hannah is there!

No toilet paper, sloppy work when mixing the ice cream, and the dude got the creation wrong and forgot 2 ingredients. Corporate needs to get a handle on things here at this location.
