Ordered once successfully; they talked me into picking it up instead of waiting for an estimated delivery of over an hour later. The plan was already established that wed use a discount code I was sent, and so I built up the order over the phone and they wouldnt take my coupon code. Id already invested all of that time, so I just got it anyway. The quality was decent, but when you add that in with effectively having to pick it up AND refusing my coupon code (and apparently they just dont take any of the codes - may as well unsubscribe from the email list), it really wasnt worth it. I wanted to order again just now, and lo and behold - coupon code refused. Pass. If Im paying full price anyway, Im ordering up some Jets.

One of the delivery drivers falsely added a tip too my sisters receipt, causing an overdraft in her account, even though she tipped them with cash. Called too sort out the issue and the "manager," of the place was the most awful and rude woman Ive ever spoke. How she even got the title manager puts me in shock. Not only did she hang up numerous times, she would keep us on hold without answering. Safe too say the cops will be getting involved and I hope she and her employee that committed theft/fraud will be terminated indefinitely!

I think it is a joke that a pizza place is not open during lunch for delivery. I can appreciate needing to make decisions that help the financial state of a business but to deny a lunch delivery is ridiculous, especially being as close to the Anoka Courthouse and downtown Anoka. It is a pity they are giving their business away to other competitors but I will gladly go to someone else.

These people complaining are whiney snobs, everything I order is perfect and the customer service is incredible, delivery was always 5 min early. they cut the delivery range because people are whining that it takes too long for them to get their pizza so now they complain that they have to come pick up the pizza they cherish so ooo much

Refused to take order from me even though i told them i was calling from St Louis and ask a one time special delivery, and then refused help to direct me to another pizza parlor or to help in any way. Very poor service. Person needs to be fired.

Ordered carry out online. Order was perfect and ready when I got there. Friendly service (delivery man was even smiling as I passed him on the sidewalk). NO complaints here, would order from here again!
