Got to have a Whopper here and there. Love the taste of their Burgers. Staff is very friendly. If only the Onion Rings were home made. I Dont get anything else here. They Took Away My Breaded Pork Sandwich. Im Not thrilled over that!! A Deal on their Double Cheeseburgers Beats Out McDonalds!! I will NEVER eat McDonalds. No Thank YOU!! Hardees Coming Soon to Indianola !! CANNOT WAIT !!!

The kids behind the counter were far more interested in going out to the parking lot and touring the limo there than their duties inside. Of our six orders, though the special requests (no ketchup, add ranch, cookie v toy) WERE on the receipt and marked on the sandwich wrapper, were ignored. There were NO fruit drinks or options in the dispensers other than soda. ALL others were out.

Its been many years since Ive eaten BK on a regular basis, but the burgers seem to have shrunk.....most likely the bargain burgers. My double cheese was at least warm, but it just didnt have the "gravitas" that BK burgers of old have had for me. Fries were great, salty. Soda machine is very 21st century, and confused some of the patrons.

It would b better if the food was hot n fresh. They gave us our order, it was ice cold. We gave it back (expecting fresh). 1 her attitude was stank. She said WHAT, not how can I help u? U know its cold when the bag isnt hot. Needless to say, we wont b back. They need all new staff minus a few

Always good service, and quick. Probably the best of the fast food choices in Indianola. The fries are usually saltier then usual, but I love it! Really big "play place" for the kids, and usually very clean.

Never had an order right while going through drive through. Every single time Ive gone here there is something messed up. Read the ticket, put food in bag, customer happy. See how easy that is.

Be sure to use the outer, right lane, in their drive thru. If you use the inner, left lane, theyll just ask you to wait every time someone pulls into the next one.

This BK never seems to get your order right drive thru, or sit down. The music in the play area is 1960s country music which is just about unbearable.
