I have been there a few different times and every time I go there is always something that takes place that shouldnt. They always have young high school kids working...which is absolutely fine AS LONG AS THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOBS! I witnessed a young girl and two young men all joking around with food that had already been prepared, on the tray and almost ready to be served. Not only were they throwing french fries at each other from a customers dish, but they were also eating those fries!! And to make it all worse...the young girl who kept putting her hands into the fries was not wearing gloves. I immediately told the person in charge but this is just one of the many negative things about that place. The manager is also extremely unpleasant to deal with.

Terrible service. I waited for 20 minutes for 2 blizzards and a cone. The ice cream in the cone was melted and dripping out the bottom and when I asked for them to replace it the girl rolled her eyes at me. While they were fixing that, I tasted my blizzard that was supposed to be a salted caramel truffle and it tasted like vanilla ice cream. I told them it wasnt made right and I got another eye roll. I saw them through the window take the same blizzard I had already eaten out of, dump some chocolate in it and put it back under the mixer. Seems like they need some courses in food safety there as well.

Service could use some improvement. The high school worker shift is lacking in ability to service customers as required for satisfactory service. Ive been in during lunch on week days and was served better than after school shift workers.

The customer service is terrible. Have always loved the food from Dairy Queen and Orange Julius. However , this location will leave much to be desired. Better off hitting up Kone Korner when visiting Knoxville Iowa.

I ordered a mocha moolatte and didnt get it. I got a cup of chucky, icey, coffee frozen. Also the cup was cracked on top. I also paid almost 5 dollars for it not worth it

Love DQ This one had to wait 6 mins for a medium and a small cone. Was the only person in the store. One car in drive thru and seen 4 people standing. It was ridiculous

Service was bad people were not nice and the wait for two blizzards was 25 minutes long when the drive through was going about three cars to one person inside waiting .

Best fast food ive ever had, alongside with BK and the KFC. The only restaurant that has ever given me a heads up about fries dipped in Blizzard Drizzle Shake :D
