Ive been to this particular Taco Bell 3 times. Each time has been a complete and utter disappointment. Generally, when going through the drive-thru it does not take 10+ minutes to order and subsequently receive your order. It has varied but overall, 10 minutes seems to be the minimum. Once you receive your food, its often semi-warm. Youre expecting your burrito or taco to have meat? Think again, they will skimp the meat big time. Ordered a beefy type of burrito? Youll see a small amount of meat spread in there. Order a double chalupa? You might get a quarter of the meat. A lack luster experience, waste of time and disproportionate portions compared to any other taco bell you would ever go to. I was hoping that going during the day may have proved to be a differentiator, however, management must be skimping as a policy and hiring the youngest and least expensive workers that can be found in order to make sure you do not want to come back. Thank you again Taco Bell, youve ruined lunch.

Overall seems to be a nice taco bell. Its taking some hits on the stars from me because I was screwed over on my Triple Crunchwrap. Mine was definitely the same size as a normal crunchwrap. Waste of money... Also stop asking me if I want a drink with the order. Its really annoying and I believe if I wanted a drink, Id tell you... Update: Screwed over again on the new steakhouse burrito. The guy said I was lucky because they ran out of potatoes and mine had them. NOPE! At nearly 8 dollars, I expect something more than a small burrito ( same size as bean burrito) and a tiny bag of chips with a large drink that I never wanted. Cannot order anything new at this location, they seem to mess it up...

Theres about 10 people in front of me in another five behind me and I got my food with in about 5 minutes and I even had a special order I had them add beans and onions in my chicken Chalupa supreme it was awesome! it was packed so full of stuff I could barely close it. What more could you ask out of a fast food place. Most people like to write stuff only when theyre upset but these guys did a great job they got it right . Prompt service good food and my order was correct. And being Taco Bell it was a lot cheaper than I thought it wouldve been.

I have a strong love-hate relationship with this taco bell. Theres nights when my order is 100 percent correct, and then theres nights where they get my pop wrong or get my supreme Soft shelled tacos wrong. I once called and complained about it, and they told me wed get a free coupon in the mail. They lied. My boyfriend and I are frequent customers, and are continually disappointed by the service weve been getting. Well think twice of the frequency of visits in the future.

I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service I received from the Savage, MN Taco Bell! The Manager on duty (Alexandra S.) was very Rude after I explained that my order was wrong and I was missing utensils and napkins. I was polite about the situation and Alexandra S. refused to correct my order. Very disappointing when you expect to get what you paid for.

Screwed over twice on the double chalupa...u would think that if u are getting a meal that Is double, they would put double of everything on it... not the same amount of meat that u get on a regular taco n then the rest lettuce, if I wanted that much lettuce I would of just gotten a salad. Was very disappointed

They may from time to time screw up your order, but 10 stars for giving that homeless guy some food. Quality is what it is but high marks for being decent people when the chips are down. Will come here always. Saturday night staff you are exactly what people need in this world. God bless

The staff isnt the friendliest and the service isnt spectacular. The bathroom is usually in absolute disgusting condition. If you dont verify the order it often times will have mistakes or something missing. Otherwise, on a good day you will get mediocre service.

I am a fan of Taco Bell and my son would eat there every day if I let him, but this one is very poorly staffed. There have been times when I waited more than 10 min in a drive through with only 6 cars in the line. Crazy bad service.
