Hate this place ill never go back, first it took 10 minutes to get my food. And while i was waiting i was pickpocketed and had my wallet stolen. Lost about $400, i said i need to speak to your manager and he sayd wait until the rush stops. So agrily i waited for 15 minutes and i said hey,get me your manager right now and he looks around the corner and goes "wait a minute" so i continued to call the police considering managment refused to help. Rudely i might add. Anyways besides the stolen wallet, i got two quesadillas and it had almost no meat in it. The two end slices were all cheese and not much of it. Very very disappointed. Ill do everything in my power to make sure ppl do not go there.

Shorted me on my change and it took 20 minutes to get my food - smaller orders from ppl that can in after me got theirs before me ..... And, watching the cooks prepare the food was discerning (burnt food being sent out, bad attitudes, throwing food and dispensers around, etc) Theres a new Taco Bell off Hwy 10 and Hanson that Ive had excellent results with so Ill stick with that location from now on - theyre friendly, organized, and the quality of food is excellent

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 tacos, when i got home i looked in the bag and i had the wrong food and they charged my card $20 and i had the wrong food. They told me they would send a free meal card in the mail (which never arived) and the next day they put the refund on my card...but it never showed up in my account About a week latet i went and explained my story to one of the managers who called me a lier so i just left

Stay out of the drive thru!!! I eat Taco Bell quite frequently, and have never seen such slow service in my life. This is not just a one off experience, but everytime you come here plus, once youre in the drive thru lane youre locked in. So even if you wanted to leave you couldnt. If you have any doubts how long the wait will be, I typed this entire review while sitting in the drive thru and have only moved up two cars

Taco Bells are Taco Bells. The same food as any other tacos bells, so thats really all that matters, but in the winter when the mats and floors get wet, it smells absolutely horrible!!! Ten times worse than wet dog! And theres always annoying teens/preteens there, as well as some sketchy/creepy creeps. Love taco bell, just not a fan of this location.

Old outdated taco bell. Loud, obnoxious customers hang out in the parking lot in the late evenings, especially in summer. Once youre in the drive thru, youre stuck there, trapped in by curbs. You cant hear the person on the speaker and they cant hear you because of the booming stereo in the car behind you.

I gave them two stars because they are hit and miss, but on more than a few occasions the food has been terrible and have gotten bad service. Not to mention how dirty the store is. There has also been multiple occasions where Ive gotten stuck in their drive-thru for a half hour or more.

Taco Bell on Round Lake Boulevard gave the worst service ever. Order was not complete called the manager. Had to drive 25 minutes to go back and get the rest of the food. Asked for an extra quesadilla for the trouble and the manager shut the window on. Will never go back to Taco Bell.

Pulled in the parking lot the lights were on. Pulled up to the menu board and the light were suddenly off with no answer. Closed 15 mins early. Then stuck in a single lane drive-thru with no exit and of course they were slow. F#@k that! I will never go there again late night!

I love Taco Bell, but this one is older, a bit run-down, and they DONT serve Mountain Dew Kickstart (despite the ability to order it on the mobile app). The lines are long at night, but the food is still good. Theres another Taco Bell nearby which is a lot newer!

Usually dont have problems with this location. Tonight however I ordered dinner and a few hours later I am faced with horrible diarrhea and throwing up violently. I will not be back to any Taco Bell anytime soon!!

Beware the drive thru. The food is okay, but the service is terribly slow. If you go through the drive thru, youre trapped in a single lane with no way to exit, and you should plan on a 10-15 minute wait.

Been here forever, so its not new, but in good shape. If you want TB this is as good as any. The drive-thru line can be long at times, and once youre in it youre stuck.
