My wife and I were pretty surprised at their failure in service; we visited the crystal location and arrived Shortly before 8 pm and after we informed the young woman at the counter it was our first visit there, my wife wanted to order their all you can eat spaghetti deal. I inquired if it was still okay to do so since the sign said it was only available until 8, and she said yes it was. So we both ordered it with drinks. I also asked about how it worked, she explained we just take a seat at one of the tables and they would serve us. We took a seat at table and we waited. After a bit my wife noticed a sign saying we should make sure our meal order number should be visible for them to serve us. We never got one, so my wife went up and inquired about it and she was told they would bring it out in a moment. After a bit more we got what we thought would be our first serving. We finished it and waited for them to bring out some more. But after waiting for some time, my wife went up to inquire what happened. Apparently, we were not told that we had to go back up to counter for more and since we were also not told that they stop serving the all you can eat at 8:30 we couldnt have more... So we got charged for two all you can eat dinners which wasnt!

Usually I like the food here. Last visit on Monday was not so good. Ordered extra bread because we really like it and we ended up with 4 underdone loaves of bread completely smashed by the time we made the 7 minute ride home. The alfredo sauce was awful. Tons of pepper and .....something else that left an awful after taste. Wont be getting that again. They must have changed their recipes. Also. I know they were busy. The phone rang and the "cook" asked the counter girl to hand her the phone. She talked on the phone and then went back to making food without washing her hands. So....counter girl touches money and pens other people have handled...lots. Then hands the phone to the cook who then touches the food. Glad I was leaving with my bag by then but have to wonder why I felt sick after eating. Imagination maybe,,,,,but maybe something else? Crystal Taste of Italy use to be pretty good. Will be a while before I go there again. If ever. OH! I had to ask for my bread and was assured it was in the bag and then she chased me out with it. But ....paid for meatballs I never got.

The food here is great with reasonable prices to match. With that being said, we have gone there numerous times during the fall and winter, but we just went to night 83 degrees and 77% humidity, and there is absolutely no A/C. It was so hot in there from the ovens, that about 10 minutes after ordering the food we had to leave, which upset me because I had ordered the all you can eat spaghetti which you are not allowed to get a to go box (for obvious reasons), but I had only a meatball and a couple bites of my spaghetti. Also they have a very poor selection of soda products. My suggestion is get the family meal packs to go and eat at home. I would highly recommend their food, just not the sit down and eat service during warmer days.

Food is wonderful. The Garlic Bread is amazing, usually softer instead of cut-the-roof-of-your-mouth crispy. The salad is good, I tried the honey mustard dressing, yum. I had the ravioli which was so-so. The sauce is what makes all the dishes so delicious. I tried the lasagna, Much more impressed with that. Cheesy and sauced to perfection, Heavy on the Basil but I like that. A little tight as far as seating goes, but the perfect diner size. Drinks offered are a little sparse for fountain drinks. Also note that the kids menu drinks are dixie cup size, unlimited drinks of course, but the kids kept having to get up from the booth to get another swig of soda.

Ive been a long time customer of the crystal location, and ice noticed the food and service start to decline. But I always loved it so I kept going. Today will be my last visit. Last time the pizza was black and hard, but I let it slide. This time however, I received black pizza again for my 7 year old son. So I asked to have another one made. The cook gave me this song and dance about how the oven cooks at high temps and the pizza sits on it. Whatever, so that must mean they dont keep it very clean right? As we were leaving someone said have a nice day and I said you too, then someone else called me a bitch. Nice huh? Never going back again!!!

The Sweet Taste Of Italy employees are extremely disrespectful, I would never eat from a place where the staff is as rude as they were over the phone! completely unprofessional and they dont evan know there own menu , much less how to take an order after passing the phone around to 5 different employees . They were so rude we ended up not evan ordering from them! I wouldnt waste my money there .

I didnt even need a travel agent and I didnt have go fly United and get dragged off the air plane down the the aisle and out onto the tarmac. That cost them. Any way I didnt have to do that. But the amount of money got for doing that. I would havr screamed bloody murder, kicking like I was in a rodeo. Oh yes I digress. Sweet Taste Of Italy. It felt like I was in Italy.

Cant speak highly enough about how worth it it is to come here. Their all you can eat spaghetti deal comes with some amazing spaghetti and legendary garlic bread. Like, seriously try them out. I think youll be delightfully surprised at how good the food is. Ive been coming here for 5 years and their spaghetti is still an absolute treat.

I got the spaghetti, wasnt bad. I added two meatballs though, which were .99 per meatball. When I got home and opened my food, the meatballs were smaller than golfballs! Thats not worth a dollar. I got my scale out, they were 1.25 ounces, which comes to $12.67 per pound. Dont bother with their tiny over priced meat. Not worth it.

We love this place. Its our go-to take out for when we arent in the mood to cook. Their pasta is delicious and their bread? Oh their bread. I could write sonnets about their bread. Its amazing. We have a big family of 6 so their family dinners are fantastic. We go back again and again and will continue coming back!

Great staff that answered all the questions of first-time patrons. We came in using a Groupon and he helped us use it to the fullest. The portions were enormous and the car-ride home was a test of wills as we had to decide between burnt fingers or hunger-torture. Cant wait to go back!

I have never had a bad experience. My only compliant is that there arent any bathroom signs meant to make you laugh. It would be great, because they dont have a bathroom. Nextdoor at Adair Liquor they have a bathroom, so make sure you stop to relieve yourself before the great meals.
