We read the reviews and new wed have an experience so we were laughing but still frustrated. To start, they were completely out of white meat. After placing the first order my husband asks if biscuits are included, we got no response, after about 20 seconds of silence he started our next order. She interrupted and told us to wait. After finishing the employee repeated back our order and got half of it wrong, so were glad she repeated it! We waited 5 minutes in the drive thru for my husband to be handed a lemonade instead of the Coke hed ordered. Five minutes later the manager came over and thought we were waiting for an order but it wasnt ours. She found our order, turned to her employee and said "you didnt have them pull forward?!?!" They walked away and argued a bit. She returned, handed us our food and a large lemonade for our 4yos kids meal! Lol, yea, i drank most of that sugar cup myself. We parked to check for accuracy. We were given 2 tenders instead of one for the kids meal and missing my entire order of tenders and a biscuit. We were laughing at this point. We went back to the drive thru and were rudely told by the same manager that "everything was put into the same box" but we explained our order and what we actually received. We were told again that everything was there. We let the biscuit go and said "ok then were just missing the tenders". We pulled ahead and waited another 5 minutes for the manager to walk out, hand us the tenders and say "oh, I included a few ranches for you". Um...thanks. Those are ordinarily free and already supposed to be included. We drove away laughing that we had checked off every bad thing all the others had written about. To finish off the experience, we realized after wed left and driven a ways that they hadnt given us utensils for our . Plus side? Tasted good. ;)

First off, my husband and I both ordered the 3 pc tenders meal. I ordered green beans and ranch sauce on the side. The soft drink area had 4 signs on different soft drinks saying "Out of order." Then while trying to decide where to sit, I noticed that almost every table had crumbs or some trash on it (7 to be exact). When the order came, the tenders were tiny (not to mention so cooked with batter there was hardly any meat on them!) and I got red beans. So I exchanged my beans and then realized I didnt have any ranch, but I didnt think it was worth another trip to the counter (even though it said ranch on my receipt). I ordered mild chicken and my husband got spicy, and when we got our order there was no way of knowing which one belonged to either of us. They could put stickers like BWW does or even a toothpick in the spicy one. There were 7 people behind the counter/kitchen area and yet service was sooooo slow! I wanted to shout "get going and hustle! customers are waiting!!" My husband said it best: "Now we know, the line isnt long because its so good, its long because service is so slow." A woman also told the cashier that their garbage in the ladies room was overflowing. Honestly, if the chicken was worth the price and staff and management took a little more pride in where they worked, it could be a really great place. The atmosphere and facility is cute, and it has a lot of great potential with some work! Overall, it was not a great first experience.

May I just say this place is the worst place Ive EVER been to in my entire life!!!!! The customer service at this location is literally horrific! Everytime I go there, which I ask myself everytime, "why I am back!?" Its only because I do enjoy the food, but my goodness something is wrong each time, but its not just one thing its MULTIPLE things!!! I thought fast food was supposed to be fast! Today I went, just hoping each time it will maybe get better, and waited 20 minutes for my 5 piece chicken tender combo. That wasnt the only thing though... when I pulled up I sat there for a good 4 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and when she did, I couldnt even understand her... she wanted me, as a customer, to remind her of what I ordered when I pulled up to the second window. I didnt get my food at first because they had to apparently make fries, so they had me pull up to the white line. I sat there for about 8-10 minutes, she brought it out, but forgot my BBQ sauce. After about 5 minutes I got out of my car and walked in to get it myself! She then came walking towards me and said, "sorry I gave u spicy tenders, here are your mild ones with BBQ sauce." That was the end of that! NEVER AGAIN!!! I highly recommend NOT going there! Its a disappointment everytime!

I went here and it was the worst customer service that I have ever had. First off, there was a giant line, which happens so NBD, but then the phone rang and the ONLY person taking orders decides to be the one to answer it. so he went in back to answer the phone and never came back. ten minutes later, the lady in front of me in line finally asked if he was coming back and she had an attitude. I want to say her name is catelin I think? anyway, so she takes orders to replace the guy who never came back,. she was not friendly or helpful (it being my first time and wanting to try it cause I am always seeing commercials). Finally after I ordered, I waited on the side for my food where I noticed the large man who was cooking at the fryer was frying something and eating at the same time!!!! GROSSS and he was wearing the same gloves to cook as he was using to eat!!! that is the most disgusting thing anyone in customer service could do. As they have to oblige to Im sure many standards in the food handling business. Anyway the most disappointing part was the food was actually good so its sad that I will never be eating it again.

It seems every time I come here Im waiting to have chicken be cooked, which isnt that bad really but its annoying to go to a fast food place and wait 15 mins only to be handed your food with not even a sorry for your wait. The food is edible but kind of lacking in flavor, which is odd considering thats their selling point. The spicy chicken is hardly spicy but you still pay the price for it in the morning as if it were spicy... I certainly feel the price is a bit much considering you could go to raising canes and pay less for the same amount of chicken. With that said I still think its better than KFC. Its very hit or miss at this store but when its good is very good, consistency is just a problem it seems. With me a 2 star means that it performs below average, the people who served us made it feel like we were being an inconvenience for just being at their store and it reminds me why I dont come here more often. But there are some days you just fell like chicken and when you feel lucky its a good place to try your luck.
