Dont be swayed by the various bad reviews - this IHOP isnt perfect, but its far from the worst around. The biggest knock is that sometimes you have to wait a long time for a seat, and the lobby area can get cramped. The place seems like it was designed to squeeze in as many people as possible while sacrificing customer comfort and their wait staff workload. In all honesty, the staff there does a good job given how many tables they have to handle. There were a few times where waiting started to creep towards that "too long" range in my mind, but a quick word to another staff member and they helped get what we needed. If youre looking for world-class food, then eat somewhere else for breakfast. IHOP is and always has been closer to a Dennys when it comes to food quality and nutrition, but if you know that you get what you pay for, then you can do worse. If you want IHOP, then get IHOP and enjoy the ride (which is usually filled with lots of syrup and a few Smiley Face pancakes).

My grandchildren love going to I hop but each time we go it seems worse. Tonight was the last straw. One adult breakfast not fancy and 3 kids pancakes and eggs. The bill was over $39. Everything we wanted was extra, 79 cents for cheese in your eggs! One kids meal comes with turkey bacon, but we have ordered it several times before? So we got charged $1.79 for real bacon. We made it real clear that we wanted the bacon REALLY crispy. It came almost raw. I think the waitress could of picked up on that, Then a couple turkey bacons were mixed in with the regular. We were never offered refills on drinks. The waitress was pretty sick sounding and even pointed out she was sick, Now we all might get sick...thanks We love to have the staff sweeping the floor next to you while you eat, always a special touch! We will find a place to eat, I hope you do also.

I order a meal around 7-ish. Not anywhere close to closing time, and it comes with a soup or salad. I order the soup (I hate salad). The waitress comes out and tells me she is very sorry but her manager threw the soup out already. Is a salad okay? I ask if I can get another side instead, she said she had to confirm with the manager. Manager said no, salad is the only option. The waitress was very apologetic, but I am pretty mad that the manager is such an A-hole. The story was a little worse than I am describing but you get the gist. If my GF didnt love IHOP I wouldnt come here again after that experience, such an unreasonable manager. Unfortunately its the only one a reasonable distance from me.

If you like joy and youthful nostalgia, you should avoid this establishment like the plague. They refused to sell me a funny face pancake because of my age, dispute me offering to pay the price of an adult meal. I had to bribe the waiter and even then he didnt give me a funny face. The funny face pancake is made of love, but utter disappointment was the only flavor I enjoyed at this discriminatory facility. The authoritarian policies at this restaurant crushed my soul and ruined my morning.

This is the worst IHOP I have ever been too. The service is terrible, and the manager is a scam artist. I was charged $14.08 on my debit card for soup and half a sandwich that was supposed to be $6.99. I left my tip in cash and the waiter we had must have changed the amount on the slip. Unbelievable and they have definitely lost a customer! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF! GO TO ANOTHER IHOP IN ANOTHER CITY OR PAY IN CASH!

Very good it has nice food but i do wish to see a lot more smiling faces at Ihop because usually the workers look kind of down and sometimes happy. but overall the food is great and the look is great no cigarette butts here and is always super clean but one time my food had a hard part of pancake in it but I got over it. So go to this restaurant because it is a very good place to eat out with your family or just yourself.

I have been to this place four times and I have experienced the same all the time. Staff is very indifferent, I had to wait at my table for a long time before anyone came to us (they came only after we asked for someone to take order), had to ask for water, had to ask for straw, have to ask for each and everything. After experiencing this every time i have been here, i have decided this will be my last visit to iHop.

Terrible experience at this place on a Monday evening. Did not have item requested on the menu in stock. Substitute item was poorly prepared. It was my 8 year olds birthday. They asked her if she wanted to have happy birthday sung to her. She said yes. They never did it. Then to top it off, they said the kids eat free. Then came out and charged us full price. Never coming back. Needs better management.

Good food, decent price, but skip the tea. I am used to having nice specialty drinks but the raspberry tea was really poor quality and I quickly switched to water. The pancakes are amazing. I dont usually eat pancakes at restaurants, I make mine from scratch, but these were awesome. The server was really nice and all the staff were very friendly. Not a bad experience, I plan to be back.

Great after a late night club or party. Doesnt really matter what IHOP you go to, this is just my nearest one. Our waiter was super cool and he did a great job he got my food out exactly the way I asked (eggs sunny side up on my burger, hash browns instead of fries) but the guy was friendly and verry professional.Otherwise the food quality is as similar to any other IHOP

We were seated and served our drinks and then waited more than 15 minutes for someone to take our order. Three tables seated after us (with larger parties) were served their food first. The food was mediocre, and it didnt all come at the same time. Our total time in the restaurant was an hour and a half- way too long for a not even half full restaurant.

Service was indifferent, waited an hour for our food and they werent even close to busy, all food came out cold, never received a refil, table was very dirty, watched an employee shove food onto the floor, and just not a good first time experience. Honestly, Ill probably eat at ihop again, just not this one. This ihop needs better management.

Just left very disappointed. Slow Service , food was barely warm, had to ask for EVERYTHING (cream for coffee, ketchup that was delivered nearly empty, toast that came with meal and arrived after eggs were almost eaten). When totally done eating, server finally arrived and asked if the food was tasting good. Couldnt leave fast enough.

This place is a joke. Nobody knows what they are doing including management. You have to wait forever for a rude waitress with a bad attitude. Food never comes out right and the place is a mess and i dont even want to imagine what kitchen looks like. I will never go back there are to many other great spots with nicely priced menu items.
