Ordered $40 worth of takeout hostess was rude. Before I placed my ordered she asked to let someone else pay before I ordered even though I was in line first. But that was no big deal. Then the hostess/waitress whatever she call herself told me she only had two hands because I asked for my receipt. Since she was holding someone elses order in one hand and trying to take my money with the other. Tip 1 if you cant multitask dont try. Tip 2 Please take some customer service classes. Tip 3 if you dont like your job find a better one. Please Take better care of your teeth since you have to smile in ppl face everyday. Theres multiple dentist in the Grayson area right around that Waffle House. I only left one star for the review. I will never bring my family here again or buy breakfast business purposes. This place should have better customer service for the Grayson area.

walked in and sat at the bar. I understand that they were probably recovering from a rush. Bar was dirty. Same with a booth or two. When I sat down I wasnt greeted nor was it important for my spot to be cleaned. Meanwhile booths were getting wiped down took about 5 minutes for a waitress to see me. Tension was thick with the staff as well. Cook wiped his gloved hands on his pants. Also it was a bit intrusive to the constant tapping of spatula on the flat top. Its not a hibachi grill. Food was oilier than usual for a waffle house. To sum it up this wouldnt be a stop I will do again.

We arrived at 11:10pm, it is now 12:07am and still waiting on our take out order. There are 2 cooks, 4 wait staff and still slow. A regular came in 30 minutes after me and left 10 minute after placing order. Im still waiting. Order was incorrect, but instead of preparing food right, cook proceeded to add what was missing with his hands. I walked out. Its now 12:15am. This is there 3rd strike with me. The other 2x wasnt great, short staffed so it was a wait to get our food. But this time theres no excuse. Dont have to worry about me returning.

My favorite waffle house. Clean, good service, and last but not least, great food. If I have a long day ahead of me, I leave home early and stop here for 3 eggs scrambled and a large serving of hasbrowns. Its only $4 and keeps you full for awhile! Cant go wrong. It does get crowded on Saturdays and after football games at the nearby Grayson High School. So expect a short wait for your food at those times. Speaking of Grayson, if you attend there, eat here! You get 10% off if you mention it to your server.

Tried calling to order ahead, keep getting an automated recording that they were helping other customers, after 10 calls over 20 minutes, rode by the location and there were less than 5 people in the place. This is ridiculous, they obviously do not want any business at this location. 2725 Loganville Hwy, Grayson, GA. Btw, this is the first review I have ever felt I needed to give. Terrible customer service.

Worst customer service everybody in there is racist there cook Darrell cooper he acts more like the security then the cook he is a felon he got a bad record he dont work with them no more got fired because he assaulted someone last year for no reason told later he did it because he didnt liked his skin color that why Waffle House fired him before it turns into racial discrimination shame on you.

I may have came at a bad time, but the place was a disaster. The place was nearly empty, but there were plates on just about every table. It was extremely cold inside, so we asked for our order to be changed to carry out, and part of the order was not placed in the bag. Didnt notice until we made it home. Not a great first impression.

Bigger then most waffle house joints I been to, the bathrooms smelled, the service my waitress gave was pretty good the food was also good the wait time was normal but our waffles came when we had already finished our toast, eggs and hashbrowns.

Food was pretty good but the wait was horrible. I ordered the all star waited 15 for it to come out and then it hit me. I went to the crapper but it was clogged. Other than the crapper being clogged its a nice place to eat.

The staff was friendly enough, and the restaurant is very under-staffed. There is no excuse for eggshells and eyelashes in our scrambled eggs. Our drinks were never refilled and we will find a new WH to frequent.

I came in at around 3pm yesterday. I asked for chicken and eggs. I was served 1 chicken breast BUT I was charged $9.28. I didnt wanna take the time to correct them on their mistake so I just left without tipping.

This Waffle House is cool. The food was prepared quickly and everything tasted fresh and as expected. There was no wait on a Sunday morning to get a seat. The waitress was nice and the food order was accurate.

One of the nicest Waffle Houses around. The staff seems like theyve been there for ever. My eggs were scrambled lightly just like I asked and the bacon was cooked perfectly. Lisa was our very nice server.
