I sat there for dang near 20 min while the cashier flirted and talked about her snap post chat twitter whatver it was nobody recognized me until I got loud and said excuse me its 330 am the cook cursing they were burning waffles then everyone Else stared cursing someone talking about smoking if this was my company Id be disgusted Customer service is not even that in this place customers want to be heard and taken care of not watch our own people make us all look stupid like as a customer it sickens me as a people I feel Ive lost hope we act exactly as people expect us like we ignorant .... as Im writing the review the cashier just stabbed the Cook with a pen I am going to leave and not even pay for my meal

Best Waffle House in Newton Co. Every thing is always exactly right no matter how many people we have over ordering to go orders or how differently weird we all order our food. Even when its packed causing the service not to be fast, the food makes up for the wait. Not to mention the fact that the female staff ACTUALLY have class about themselves to make their great tips unlike the 2 Ive been to since moving to this county

The night crew acted as if they didnt want to be bothered by customers.. I waited 10 mins for a refill, never got it.. Nor had my order even hit the grill yet.. I paid for my 1 cup of coffee and left.. This waffle house has went downhill over the last couple years.. And for sakes, at least clean the mens sink.. It looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months.

Sunday morning at 11:45 and we were still able to find seats and get served quickly. This location was clean and our service was fast. As far as the food, its waffle house, I wouldnt expect anything less than delicious

Walked in and was asked if I had a call in order. Replied "yes", employees were seated & 5 minutes later got up, meanwhile my food was just sitting there and so was I, waiting for a cashier. Poor service experience.

Remember: Always check your food if you order to go. Ordered an all star to go, got home, took my food out of the bag and had no bacon. Gave it two though because everything else was good.

Great food and employees, just make sure, if you do a "TO-GO" order, it is correct before you leave!!!! Overall, I love it, and it is my home Waffle House!!!! Great servers and cooks!!!

Even at 2:00am the staff was awesome!!! Demisha was my waitress and was so nice and professional as I waited for my to go order..... Love coming to this location ❤
