Drive-thru line moving well when I pulled up about 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday. Burrito Supreme I ordered was a sloppy mess. I asked for "the works", "everything", and when I got home found that what I got was mostly not much beans with not much sauce on a soggy tortilla. Drive-thru speaker was terrible. I couldnt understand them, they couldnt hear me. Had to give up on it and pulled forward to talk directly with person at the window. After reading others reviews, I wont go back to this location.

Since the store opened, with various employees on duty, Ive experienced long waits of 15 min or more for food, whether it was inside or drive thru. It is also a habit of the store to leave out items that Ive ordered when the food is given to me, which makes me wait longer for the rest of the items to come to complete my order. Plus side is that the food quality is good. I wish the management would do better at providing a faster service and better training/hiring of their staff.

Horrible experience not used to going to this Taco Bell but thought Id try it because it was new first time they didnt have what I wanted they didnt even have the food that you were trying to order then when I order something else it was cold it was hard I tried it again the food was cold it was hard it was like they were giving you left over Dale over tortillas poor management a horrible place I cant believe Taco Bell put their name to this building

I have had poor experiences at this location since its opened. One time they only had one or two choices of drink. Another time I had a whole bag of lettuce on my Chalupa. Today, Dec. 30 they say the truck didnt come in and they dont have hot or mild sauce. This location is convenient for me and that is the only reason I came here today. I hope they get better!!!

First of all they did not get the order right you took them 15 minutes to get to the food. And then during our meal we got entertained by an argument between the manager and her subordinates. Theres nothing like hearing ebonic arguing over your mesl its awesome. Faster and more educated, more professional employees and management would make this place great.

Was literally the only person n the drive thru and it took them 25mins. All I ordered was two bacon egg n cheese burrito from the dollar menu. Was my first time visiting since they opened and I wasnt pleased at all. They are Extrememly slow. Only gave one star because I had to otherwise I wouldnt have given them any stars. I was really upset.

I live 2 minutes away from this place. And I eat out daily, EVERYTIME from the time they opened they mess up my order. I mean EVERY TIME. Then they want you to come back just to get the richer thing no compensation for your inconvenience at all especially when this always happens. Im calling corporate Monday this is ridiculous.

Its actually really humorous how slow they are! Im inside the resturant and stood at the counter for 5 mins. No one came up. Nothing. Be advised I was the only person in the resturant. So my order was taken. And now I wait. They took my order at 1731.... it is now 1740... and I wait. They were very nice tho. So there is that.

Was good for the first 2 weeks they was opened then they started using salt heavyly on all their food. It truly just taste like a bucket of salt. I dont believe most people would find that taste ideal so Im assuming they are putting it on to prolong the shelf life of some of their ingredients.

Sat for over 30 min in drive through!!!! The drive through has curbs and landscaping on both sides. Which prevents you from being able to get out of the line. Once youre in line, youre stuck giving them your business, or refusing service and wasting time.

Drive through experience was terrible. Over 30 minute wait for food. I live down the street from the location and the wait time in the drive through is so terrible especially at night. And if you get in line and decide to wanna go , you are trapped.

Staff can get a little rude but other than that nothing is actually horrible about this place. Drive thru moves quickly and you can tell that management is hands on. Always a smooth process ordering. I just think sometimes staff feel overworked.

We not only have had to stand here for over 45 minutes, but figured out that our order had been completely forgotten about. Complete waste of time. The two people that came in behind us got their food first!! Would not recommend.

Sat In line at the drive through for 20 minutes before I could even order and another 15 just to get my food customer service sucks and they move entirely to slow to have just opened. They need better and faster employees .

This place is one of the newer restaurants, so its scary that their food score is already in the 80s. I also ordered the 12 pack of crunchy dorito nachos and all 12 shells were cracked; wanted whole tacos, not taco salad.
