I visited this location just after 11am (30+ minutes after opening) on a Sunday. When I walked in I was the only customer in the store. I was not acknowledge or spoken to until I got up to the counter to order. The employee didnt say hello, he just asked what I wanted. I order three knockout tacos. He then tells me he doesnt have any bacon. All three of the tacos I ordered have bacon on them so that was disappointing. At this point another customer walks in and goes straight to the register, he was also not greeted. The employee asks him if he has an online order and the customer says yes. The employee tells him to sit and wait because the peppers have not been cooked yet so his order hasnt been made. He continues making my tacos and its very clear he does not know what ingredients go on each taco as he has to keep looking up at the menu board. This looks very unprofessional from a customer standpoint. I suggest a breakdown of each tacos ingredients posted above the food so the employees can reference it as needed. Now approximately 8 customers enter the store. Another employee comes out from the back while on the telephone and sees the paperwork for the online customer order sitting on the counter. He starts working on that order while still on the phone and neither employee acknowledges any of the customers standing right in front of them. The first employee continues to make my tacos and puts a large amount of cilantro on them and then proceeds to put the dressing on and wrap them up to go. I tell him he didnt put lettuce on them so then he goes back and puts it on. Overall this was an awful experience and I will not be going back to this location. Not greeting customers, not having ingredients already prepared when youve been open for more than 30 minutes, not knowing what ingredients to use are all unacceptable in my opinion.

This was by far one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had in my life, no joke it raised the bar and I even wrote about it for a business class Im taking that covers customer service. The girl who helped us was nice, informative and if something was low got fresh. When speaking to other employees she was polite but still conveyed a sense of urgency and ultimately took pride in the food she was preparing for me. Other Qdobas need to rise up. This girl set the standard and this location is phenomenal because of her. If I owned a business I would of offered her a job on the spot. So thank you girl, you changed the way I deliver customer service and provided me with such a memorable and positive experience

So my boyfriend and I went to Qdoba for a quick meal. Our first time in line we were told itd be 10 minutes for queso so we waited. We got back in line waited....it was finally our turn to order and we were told they were out of rice. My suggestion is that your employees begin to prepare to refill the sides before they run out and maybe theyre customers wouldnt leave so upset. We left and probably will not return to that location due to the inconvenience and waste of our time. Sincerely the very pissed & hungry girlfriend.

Today is September 4th my husband and I came in for lunch, we ate here perviously but decided not to come back because of service, we decided to give it another shot. Upon arriving, we walk in with no greeting and super dirty place, tables, floors and windows dirty, kitchen was extremely messy, nothing stocked inregards to fresh food, food tables dirty, very surprised they are still open. We were completely dissatisfied. I would not recommended this place.

All the ingredients tasted old and bland. Go to other Mexican restaurants in the area (like las amigos) instead. They arent that expensive and you get free chips as well. Other qdobas arent this bad. Theres one in Plymouth road which seems to have fresher ingredients.

I was an assistant manager for this company about 5 years ago and its so sad to see how much the quality of everything has went down. From the unfriendly co fused staff to the cold food that was slopped together. I probably wont be going to a Qdoba again anytime soon

I have been to this location a couple of times. The food is ok but some of the serve staff always have a sour face on, and really skimp on the meat like there is a meat shortage. same with the veggies. I prefer to go to the Newburgh location now. much much better

Ive been coming to this location for some time now and the staff at this location has exceeded my expectations from all aspects. They are friendly and the portion of food they provide in the burrito is perfect. Highly recommend, especially this location.

We go here often and are always greeted with a warm welcome and everyone is friendly. There is a woman employee (white female, kinda short and always smiles, I never catch her name) but she seriously has amazing customer service and helpful!
