My husband and I went to check out the new chipotle because we are big fans and love it. We had a kid help us because she was acting like it. She was too busy talking to her co workers or in her own mind that she messed up our order. We asked for everything on the side because we were eating it later and all we wanted was chicken and rice and sauces on the side so the food doesnt get soggy and she put sour cream a blob of it on the food and then we said we said we didnt want anything on the bowl and she put other stuff on the side so I thought she knew we wanted everything on the side. Then she wrapped the food up and then threw it out and walked away and then another person came and helped he other people after us. So she completely walked away and then we were ignored by the other employees and that is just wrong and discriminatory. Then the manager finally came and helped us but then basically was rude and I asked what happened to the lady helping us and th manager says to us that she doesnt know maybe she just needed a little break. Are you serious a little break right in the middle of the order. Who runs their business like that. That place either needs to get rid of all their employees or just close down. I rather drive a half hour to another chipotle before going back to this place.

Where to even begin with this location. Ive eaten at Chipotle plenty of times and have never had a problem until I ate here. I have eaten at this location 3 times and 2 times my order has been messed up. I call to speak to a manager and the phone rings for two minutes straight. I call back and am told its "during peak hours" and I can call back at 2. Thats not an acceptable answer for a disgruntled customer. Im not one to write negative reviews but I feel like this location needs some serious re-evaluating across the board. Theres a Qdoba across the street, thats where I will be eating from now on! My advice to anyone eating here make sure you check everything they do. Its seems they cant get the online ordering thing figured out thats for sure!

Slow, slow, slow!!! With 8 people working and 2 customers you can not be that slow! Plus seriously? They guy who was doing the burrito left half of the steak outside of the burrito! Terrible Chipotle, and I love Chipotle but this one.... they need to hire better workers...

I frequent this place, as it is close to work. The staff are consistently friendly and quick to deliver. The building is small and sometimes the music is too loud for the venue but its still a quality place to eat
