Food is okay when I get it. However, Im very disappointed with how I always get treated there. The girl who is always at the register has a negative additude, This has also more than a few times to verify my opinion. Today, Another worker is on her phone in the kitchen and goofing off with the same girl at the register and another employee. Working at jersey Mikes next to them we would get in trouble for avoiding our customers that way. Its unfortunate being there several times and having rude staff majority of encounters. "Have a nice day!" Or "how are you?" Go such a long way in a business. Hopefully a manager or someone sees this so they can fix the issue and Ill enjoy coming there

Its to formula....like any other Chipotle the tables are always dirty...the vegetables were burnt and the beans were undercooked. I think when I had to go to the front to ask for more Jalepeno sauce...at 12 noon right after opening because all 4 were empty and I was asked to do a "solid" and put 4 more out for the help pretty much tells you a lot about this location. Meh.

Worst food and worst service. No cleanliness at all.., if they are closing then they should let the customer know. And also tell the customer upfront that they only have few items left and if it is okay with the customer or at least compensate it with another item. I used to eat once a week but from today I am not going to eat in any Chipotle.

Food was as expected. Staff seemed confused and working out of sync. Maybe a managerial issue or maybe individual employees. Idk. For gods sake teach them to mush the ingredients around the burrito. One bite of rice. One bite of chicken one bit of sour cream. All separate in the burrito. Lol

I usually enjoy their food. My complaint is they make up their hours. Website says theyre open until 10pm but its 9:11pm and the doors are all locked up. Maybe they should change their website to reflect the actual hours open instead of what ALL the Chipotle stores are supposed to be.

Lots of bad reviews for this place, but on the Chipotle scale, this place was great! Very clean, food was all the right temperature (first one Ive been to in quite a while that the corn wasnt frozen. Is it just Ohio?), and the people were nice. Not one complaint!

Love chipotle and never had a problem anywhere else...but Im a vegetarian and I got the sofritas burrito bowl like usual. But this time I found two chunks of steak and was completely grossed out ! Just be careful next time! I know you guys get busy xx

Absolutely delicious food and one of the only "fast food" restraunts with plenty of vegan options. So excited about the addition of tofu as a meat substitue...tastes amazing! There ought to be more restraunts out there like Chipole.

Slightly smaller dining room than most locations, and parking can be a pain since there are several businesses in a shared lot, but otherwise everything is good. Good food, friendly service.

I ordered a chorizo burrito, the meat was really dry and it tasted horrid. It was my first time going, but I would go back. The restaurant was well maintained with a friendly atmosphere.
