While the service was excellent, dining area was clean and portion sizes were good, everything lacked a fundamental element: flavor. From the queso to the steak fajitas, the food was bland and unsatisfying. I noticed that there was a large number of senior citizens at the restaurant as I dined; I dont know if they come for the bland food or if the kitchen makes bland food because of their demands. Either way, as someone who appreciates Tex-Mex cuisine, I was disappointed. Taking the time to marinate the beef or spice up the enchilada filling would result in 5 stars.

Some of the worst service I have ever gotten! Four of the six orders were wrong, ok things happen... No urgency about correcting the issue, the exact same wrong order brought out twice, we were blamed for the problem three times. No apologies! Apologing is customer service 101. How hard is it to bring out cheese and sour cream? They got it wrong twice! And took 10 minutes doing it! The manager also blamed us and gave no apology. Needless to say, I will never go back.

I will go to Fiesta, but only if Im so crunched for time that driving an extra mile down the road is out of the question. The service is usually just fine, but the food itself is greasier than I would like, and most often overcooked. Other than their lunch menu options, their prices are also higher than other close Mexican restaurants. Id pay a bit more if the food were of higher quality or there were more variety, but that is not the case.

This is our go to place for Mexican in Athens. They are often VERY busy, which can cause the service to be a little slow sometimes, but never inattentive. They have a diverse menu, and the fish tacos are the best I have ever had. If you are going low carb, try the fajita salad. The biggest drawback I have found is the noise level, but it is a busy restaurant and that cant be helped! The $2 margaritas on Monday are wonderful.

Great waiters and waitresses however the food is up and down you never know what youre going to get ! Its never above a 3. At times it should not even come to the table because it a fail, from storage prep cooking to, my friends and I had to stop eating we would often feel sick afterwords. I eat out every meal. They are some good restaurants even though few in Athens, ga so go exploring.

Usually the food is great, however more often than not the staff overlooks its customers and leaves them to enjoy chips and salsa only. Also, if you order food to go double check your order or plan on driving back retrieve what the staff missed.

Delicious food, polite staff, and clean restaurant. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the specials and drinks. The Margherita was okay, but on the weak side. The shrimp fajita salad and chicken fajitas were very good. Would eat here again.

I went to go eat dinner there for the first time to try it out and the food was horrible. The service was good however later that night my boyfriend was vomiting non stop. The food was sour and not cooked properly.

I love La Fiesta. Athens has a lot of unique Mexican places to eat but the quality here is unmatchable. The presentation of the plate is always nice with tons of cheese and guacamole. They never skimp.

Delicious food and great service. Or table has enchiladas, tacos, tamales and shrimp with chipotle sauce. Everything was fresh and delicious. Or server was great, and the others were on-the-spot.

The salsa is wayy too spicy. Its expensive. I can go to la Padilla and get the exact same thing I got here for $3 less. Quesadillas are disgusting. Who puts taco seasoning on quesadillas? No one
